    This soil liquefaction analysis report examines borehole TLRB-PBH-280 in Tuganay, Carmen, Davao del Norte, Philippines. The analysis was conducted for a project of the Asian Development Bank involving detailed engineering design. Standard penetration tests were performed down to a total depth of 10.5 meters, with blow counts ranging from 3 to 8. The subsurface was characterized as consisting primarily of silty soils down to that depth, with fines contents ranging from 54% to 85% and unit weights of 12.5 to 15 kN/m3. Analysis of the SPT data using various methods indicated liquefaction is possible in the subsurface soils for an earthquake with a peak ground acceleration of 0.4
