This journal could help us determine the similarities of the committed crime in United States of America and the crimes which are often committed by the juveniles in the Philippines, particularly in the city of Manila. The effects and contributions of using alcoholic drinks and illegal drugs in the commission of crimes of juvenile delinquents.
If the transfer of juveniles in a prison together with adult offenders would lead the young offender to be a recidivist or one who makes a crime subsequently. It would help us determine on what to do with the youth and what programs to be conducted in order to lessen the crimes committed
