● Oversee the daily operations of a residence hall of 360 students.
● Supervise 8 student staff members providing resources and services to students within the building.
● Actively create and oversee professional development opportunities for my student-staff team.
● Act as a hearing officer and enforce university policy as it relates to the WCU Code of Student Conduct.
● Serve as a member of the Resident Assistant Training committee, coordinating extensive and in-depth
training for over 100 student staff members.
● Serve in an on-call rotation provided emergency response and crisis management to the entire
on-campus population.
● Co-teach the LEAD 141 course for all incoming student staff hired to become Resident Assistants.
