The standard air conditioning on all i20 models (automatic climate control on Deluxe models) ensures maximum comfort for all on board. There's a shape on the street and its called the Hyundai i20. Sharp and stylish on the outside , spacious and versatile inside, it combines comfort, safety and reliability in a package that is affordable and economical.
Flexibility
The i20 has an airy interior with lots of space, including a trunk capacity of 295 litres even when the rear seats are in use. The space is used to generate practical and versatile solutions to meet your carrying requirements. That all adds up to really intelligent flexible space.
1.2-litre petrol
Performance and economy

There is an i20 for everyone. There are two levels of trim and a choice of 10 body colours, vibrant or muted according to preference. At the heart of the car is the 1.2 Litre petrol engine that gives the Hyundai i20, performance, economy and refinement.
Transmission
On the transmission front (above), a super slick fivespeed manual gearbox is standard equipment across all models in the range.
Powering i20 is a brand new 1.2 litre 16 valve petrol engine capable of producing 78BHP. However, this level of power for a city car comes at a price - a very low price. The only meagre figures associated with this new engine are the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
Intelligent integrated protection

The i20 features, computer designed and rigorously tested, impact protection that includes a rigid passenger cell, triple load distribution paths and impact absorbing structures. In addition, interior features such as 6 airbags, strategic padding and active headrests, which automatically guard against whiplash, head and neck injuries. All backed up with, an array of active safety measures including super precise handling, advanced ABS, to ensure that no matter how bad the conditions are, all the control you need is at your finger tips to keep you safe

Power Windows
The electronically operated windows have automatic power cut-offs if they come into contact with anything solid such as a passengers finger.
Outside Mirrors
Each of the two outside mirrors is electrically powered. They also have complete folding facilities for when space is tight.
Audio System
The integrated audio system features RDS radio, CD player and connection point for iPod or other external device (USB & Auxiliary). For added convenience and safety, the main functions for the audio system can be controlled from the steering wheel
Climate Control
Air conditioning is standard equipment in all i20 models, with the Deluxe featuring fully automatic climate control. Irrespective of your specification choice you can be assured of a comfortable environment within your i20.
Adjustable Steering Wheel

The steering wheel is linked to tilting and telescopic actions that help different drivers to find their favourite seating positions.
Height Adjustable Drivers Seat

The height of the drivers seat can quickly and easily adjusted.
Adjustable Rear Headrest

The rear seats are equipped with helmet style up and down head rests for increased comfort and safety
AUX, USB and i-Pod Terminal

To hear music or other contents from various external instruments, for example iPod or USB, a mulitauxiliary terminal in the centre fascia is provided..
Cup holders
An open compartment in the central floor console is a handy place to stow the small items that will be needed on a journey.

Glove Box
The illuminated glove box is linked to the air conditioning system to keep its content cool. A bonus when temperatures soar.
Door Pockets
Each front door has a generous built in pocket that can take large files, notebooks or maps.
Back Seat Pockets

Yet more storage space for magazines, maps and books, this time in a pocket in the back of the passenger seat.
Bag Hook
A carrier bag or a clothes hanger can be suspended from a built in hook on the back of each front seat.
Sun Visors
Sun Visors in the i20 incorporate a vanity mirror and a slot for toll or parking tickets.
Coat Hook with Grab Handle

Hidden coat hook in assist handles on the side of the roof help you to keep your dresses or suits in their best shapes, while grab handles for the convenience of passengers fold upwards and out of the way when not in use.
Cargo Net
A cargo net for the floor is practical and essential in a vehicle with a cargo area as large as the i20s.
