The policy's goal is to:
- To reduce the use of paper and waste.
- Confirm that now the papers materials were purchased from manufacturers who adhere to the law
and never utilize material from old growth forests.
- Encourage all staff to use file software suite so that they may work in a paperless atmosphere.

Nonetheless, there are various possible roadblocks to this deployment, including:

- Management structures are unable to oversee the work.
- A work culture that discourages creativity and imaginative thinking.
- The top leadership team is neither directing or committed to change.
- The priorities of the numerous csr and economics departments are not aligned.

To address these obstacles, the following tasks are recommended:

- Offering different purchasing, engage in long-term suppliers, and impact regulatory requirements.
- Invest in ecological sustainability for the entire enterprise.
- Encourage multi-stakeholder engagement and the establishment of new alliances.

Eventually, the essential materials are needed:

- Energy-saving lighting.
- Switch from laptop screens to Display screens.
- Handing out a gift bag comprising a complementary jug of water, a coffee cup, and a trash bag
for each staff to utilize within the company.

Best regards,
