1/ Tell me a little bit about yourself/ Can you introduce yourself?
2/ How are you ? How do you feel now?
 Good morning Sir/Madam. I want to introduce myself. My full

name is Nguyen Thuy Linh. I’m 24 years old. I graduated from
Bach Viet University, and my major is Kindergaten . After
graduated, I have four years of experience in the Service industry. I
used to work with Customer Service in Mobifone and Viettel
Besides that, I’m active, optimistic, and willing to learn Today, I
feel excited because I have an opportunity to become a Cabin
Crew of Vietjet.
3/ Have you had breakfast?
 Yes sir/ madam. I have breakfast already because that today is a
very important day. It helps me have full of energy to perform.
And how about you Sir/Madam? Have you had breakfast?
4/ Do you have any tattoo?
 I have no tattoos on my body. It’s very nice but I think it’s not
suitable for the airline industry.
5/ Is this the first time you come here for the interview? If this is the
first time tell me what have you prepared for the interview?
 Yes sir/Madam. This is the first time I come here for this
interview. I feel a little bit nervous but also that I have full of
preparation for this one. I prepared my English skill and
appearance. You know that, 4months ago, I was 78 kg. But with a
dream to become a Cabin Crew, I decided to lose 18kg. I believe if
I keep trying, the dream will come true.
6/ Tell me about your hobbies?
 My hobbie is playing batmindton and swimming ( Nguyễn Tiến
Minh is a athlete of this sport. He used to be the Vietnamese
participated in the Olympics) . And swimming ( Nguyễn Thị
Ánh Viên is the first girl of this sport to bring many major
awards for Vietnam)
 I love skincare for my self and for my grandmom . Everynight , I
will skincare for her like use mask , serum , cream and I do that
for me too. I always watch beauty vlogger Vo Ha Linh to update
my knowledge about cosmetic
7/ Tell me about your hometown ? What is special about your

hometown? How do you come back to your hometown?
 I was born in Long An province. But when I was 1 year old, I have
come to Sai Gon to live with my grandma. I am familiar with
staying in Saigon and it looks like my second hometown. In Long
An, the atmosphere is very fresh, peaceful ,people are very and
friendly. But Sai Gon is very active because has many vehicles,
everybody often take on a sidewalk coffee to talk, In addition,
Saigon is good place to find and improve career. And I’m a
dynamic person so living and working in Saigon is suitable for me.
8/ Tell me about your family? Who do you like the most in your
family?
 I am now living with my grandma. Several people tell me that I

look like my grandma and they always misunderstand that she is
my mom. My grandma always put herself in other shoes. That
means, she always helps people when they run into a problem. She
is counting on me, and I won't let her down.
9/ Can you describe yourself in 2 Adj? Tell me 2 Adj that can best
describe you?
Yes sir/madam . 2 ADJ can describe me are Positive Thinking and

Energetic. I create a habit for myself is always think positively. When
we think positively, we will do and create positive things. From there, I
can transfer my positive energy to everyone around me, especially my
coworkers and passengers. I believe everything becomes easier when
you are a positive person
10/ Have you ever had a difficult with the customer? What did you
do?
I remember when I worked in Customer Service for Mobifone

I just picked up the phone and said Mobifone xin chào . Immediately ,
the customer shouted at me. And I know they have something problem.
The first thing I do is Apologize Customers. And I patient to listening
their problem. After that , I find a key of trouble and have a solution for
them . When I give solution , my customer totally satisfied . So I know
when work in the Service Industry , we need many skills like handle
problem , listening , patient but for me I think attitude is a most
important.
11/ If you had a conflict at work with your team leader , what would
you do ?
During my time in Customer Service, I had a lot of team leaders. Most

of them are really pleasant, but there were misunderstandings between
me and my team leader. They have their own opinion but I also have
another opinion.So I think when we work together, we need to repesct
each other , frankly talk about the problem and have a solution.
12/ What skill from your previous job can help you with your new
role as a filght attendant?
I have learned a lot of skills in my last job. But the most valuable skill
that I know is how to solve problems. Whenever customers have
problems, they will be angry. The first thing I should do is apologize
them.The second thing is I will ask them what happened and then I need
to sincere attitude to solve the problem as fast as possible.
13/ What was your job ? What do you learn from that job?
 During the time I worked for Mobifone. Customer Service has

taught me so much about manage my time, communicating with
my customers, and keeping them calm when they have problems.
So I belive with my experience will help me to complete the
assigned work well when I become a Cabin Crew of Vietjet Air.
14/ Why do you want to change your job?

 Currently, my grandmom and me have a stable life and now my
aunt living with her. So my aunt can take care of her, And my
grandmom encourages me to seek my passion, because I often
share with her about my dream is become a Cabin Crew.
15/ What is the thing that you are proud of yourself?
 I’m proud of I’m an active person so can easily make friends of

different ages. Additionally, I have 4 years of experience in
Customer Service. I’m always patient and keep calm in all
situations. Because of all my qualities, I believe I would be an
excellent Vietjet candidate.
16/ How are you learned English ? Which skills do you think that
you have to improve?
 The most effective way to learn new words and improve speaking
skills is by communicating with foreigners every day
Aside from that, I often watch sitcoms on Youtube (Highschool Musical

on Disney) to improve my listening skills. Because I know listening
skills are very critical.
17/ What is your plan for the next 5 years?
 I hope to improve my knowledge about Service , English skills and

other skills to become a good Vietjet cabin crew in the next 2
years.
 My final destination for the next 3 to 5 years, will be to become a
purser at VJ.
18/ Why do you apply for this job in our airlines?

I want to become a cabin crew because I love this job, it’s my passion.
And especially ,I would like to become a Cabin Crew for VJ because I
have a good experience as a passenger on VJ . I realized VJ's cabin crew
is professional and beautiful and They always make passengers feel
comfortable. I want to be like them, I want to serve wholeheartedly.
19/ How many experiences as a fight attendant that you have?
 Actually, I don’t have any experience as a flight attendant, but I

have worked in customer service for 4 years already. And I know
how to make customers feel satisfied with my service. With my
patience, listening skills, and problem-solving abilities, I will be a
good Cabin Crew in the future.
20/ Convine us that you can well under pressure?
As you know, I have been in the service industry for 4 years, especially
during the holidays. I have to go to work. At first, I felt a bit sad. Thanks
to my coworker for sharing things together at special moments.
Moreover, I am extremely happy when I see all of the customer's
happiness. Afterward, I spend time going to the beach with my
grandmom.
21/ What is the international dangerous signal?
In my opinion, the international dangerous signal is a red color, and

anything red is dangerous. And I know that I will learn about this
knowledge in the training time and I will learn in carefully.
22/ Why do you love travelling?
Yes sir. I have a chance to explore different destinations. My favorite

part of traveling is getting to meet new people learn new things and
improve my communication skills as well as my self-confidence. And
that’s why I want to travel more in the future.
23/ Do you have any girl/boyfriend – What do they think about this
job?
Yes sir. Actually, I don’t have a boyfriend. Because now, I want to focus
my passion on becoming a VJ cabin crew member. So I think that I
didn’t have enough time for this.
24/ Tell me about the diffirence between VNA and VJ
Yes, sir, I think VNA is a traditional airline and they have 4 stars. Their
beauty is gentle and traditional. And Vietjet with the slogan Enjoy
Flying is where customers can experience their first flights at reasonable
prices. Moreover, VJ always brings customers new and exciting
experiences. And I had a chance to experience the service of Vietjet. My
impression of Vietjet Cabin Crew is that it is very fresh, full of energy,
and offers excellent service. To provide good service to customers, I
hope to become a Cabin Crew member at Vietjet.
25/ You look so beautiful – Can you clean the toilet / Why you don’t
want to become a model but a cabin crew?
Yes sir. I always help my grandma tidy up the house, including cleaning
the toilet. It's not a problem for me to clean the toilet.
I don’t want to become a model because I love customer service. And I

always make my customers happy. When customers have a good
experience and are satisfied with it. That’s my pleasure.
26/ You will have a lot benefits from out company such as going
many place and stay in many famous hotel – What do you think
about it ?
When I hear that I feel really excited but that’s not the reason I want to
become a cabin crew. I want to become a cabin crew because that’s my
passion. And I will make my cabin crew's dream come true.
27/ Is there any time that you got distraction ( mất tập trung , mệt
mỏi) at work
Yes, sir, I have time to feel distracted at work because my parents are
separated. As a result, I feel down and self-pity. But luckily, my
grandmom was always beside me and advised me. She gave me all her
love to get me through the pain. So now I will try make her happy and
proud of me. And I want her to travel by plane, especially with VietJet
airline
28/Have you ever used our service ? What do you think about it?
Yes sir. I had a chance to experience Vietjet service. Vietjet has

reasonable prices and high-qualityservice, especially the Cabin Crew.
They are active, energetic, and super professional. When I was there, I
had a good experience. So I want to become a Cabin Crew of Vietjet to
hope passengers have a good experience like me
29/ Tell me about your weaknesses?
Yes sir. I think my weaknesses are my weight and English skills.

Actually, .4 months ago I was 78kg and I decide to go to the gym to lose
16kg and that time I learn English by communicating with foreigners. I
still improve myself because I’m a willing-to-learn person / who never
stops learning and is serious about my passion. I hope the council gives
me a chance. I won’t let the council down
30/ What do you like and dislike when you become a Cabin Crew ?
Yes sir. When I become a Cabin Crew, I will have a chance to learn new
things and improve my skills in customer service, handling problems,
and English skills. But the most thing I like is getting customer
satisfaction when they experience service
I think when I become a Cabin crew, I won't have much time to take
care of my grandmom. My aunt now lives with my grandmom, so she
can take care of her. I will call her if I have free time, and follow her
through the camera monitor. I spend my day off with grandmom. So it’s
no problem if I become a Cabin crew
31/ Who do you call if you pass this interview?
The first person I call is my grandmom. She is always beside me to

support me and she is the person who encourages me to follow my
passion. I believe that when she hears I passed this interview, she will be
proud of me.
