Human growth.
Human growth is the staged process by which human beings increase in size and
develop until they reach the form and physiology of their mature state. It also
involves the sociocultural formation that makes the individual relate to his or her

environment.

Spiritual model: human being with the contact of his soul and his body in a
permanent evolution. Love, instinct, intuition, perception, states that live in him and
with them, together with reason, he has the good fortune to be able to effectively
develop the tests of his earthly-spiritual path. Much complexity, but, at the same
time, simplicity in its maturation. The important thing is that each one of us should
try to know his path, to be aware of the meaning of life. Everything he lives on the
outside is a reference for his inner self. And all his inner source of knowledge is the
basis for external experiences.

Biological model: is a process through which human beings increase in size and
develop until they reach the form and physiology of their state of maturity
(adulthood). It consists of the growth of the human body, its organs, bones and
muscles.

Social model: It is the process by which each human being becomes an active and
full member of the society of which he or she is a part.

It is a process that does not end at a specific age, although it mainly occurs during
childhood, but this learning process changes and evolves through the development
of the person.

For it to be a good process, not only does it have to be with other people, but there
must be a positive interaction (with significant others) and build quality presences.
Every human being has a way of being that has roots in genetics.

2. The environmental and social circumstances in which he/she develops (culture,

economy, family.).

3. The need of other human beings to achieve a development of the capabilities of

a human being.

human being.

Work and professional model: "Professional development" is education aimed at

expanding, developing, and perfecting people for their professional growth in a
certain career in the company or to become more efficient and productive in their
position. By developing today's employees, dependence on the external labor market
is reduced.

Work should be the creative expression of the human being. To work is to express
the capacities that are inside, it is a means to develop all the immense capacity that
there is in the people.

When a person expresses his capacity, that which he has as his own, that which, in
a certain way, distinguishes him from others, he feels great satisfaction because he
expresses himself through that. Thus, work could be an extraordinary means of
satisfaction and growth; being an expression of oneself, it could be a means of self-
realization.

Intellectual model: The means that lead the person to his end are not given, man
has the task of searching for them and using them or not. It can be said that the
intellectual growth of man will depend on the constant exercise of certain faculties
to achieve knowledge, however, what are the faculties? In general terms, the word
faculty means: "aptitude, physical or moral power".
Of all the faculties that the human being possesses, there are two that affect man's
actions, that is to say, the use of freedom. These two faculties are intelligence and
will. The first is the

faculty by means of which we know. It needs the senses to be able to function, since
it is through the senses that data from the surroundings are captured and processed
by the intelligence to obtain certain knowledge.

Conclusion.

In general, these models seek to understand how people grow and develop, and
how people can be helped to reach their full potential in different areas of life. By
learning about these models and applying them in our lives, we can improve our
ability to meet challenges and make the most of our opportunities for growth and
development.
