    Annexure

    Terms and conditions

    General terms:

    1. 95% of the materials required for this project is included such as, control packages, electrical parts
    like contactors, relays and mechanical parts like bearing, ball screw rods, and linear guides. If
    required, But any material subjected to special requirements should be supported by BEC at their
    cost which will be mutually identified.
    2. Any material in both electrical and mechanical (Except FANUC parts) in special cases costing more
    than 5% of the project value is at customer’s scope.
    3. Any major machining required on machine structures for alterations is not included in quotation. BEC
    has to support and provide facilities for the same at their own cost. Under our supervision, we will
    monitor and provide technical details such as drawings, tolerances required etc. our decision on the
    above technical details will be final.
    4. This quotation is quoted based on the physical outline of the machine considering all the main
    elements of the machine is in good condition. But during dismantling of the machine any pre
    damages on machine structures or elements if found irreparable or irreplaceable, BEC has to provide
    them at their own cost. Any how we will provide our technical assistance if required.
    5. Any material handling equipments such as EOT cranes, Hydra truck, Slings for lifting, basic tools like
    Hydraulic jacks, Bars, Chains, Belts etc., are at BEC’s scope. They have to be provide as per our
    requirements at free of cost.
    6. BEC have to allot space in their premises to maintain our tools and belongings which should be
    separate and under our control only.
    7. BEC have to ensure and provide electricity as per our recommendation any damages caused by
    power failure or power fault is at BEC scope only. 8. Our Quotation includes all labour charges,
    Freight charges for our labours and engineers from Coimbatore to Chattisgarh, their food and
    accommodation charges are also included.

    Commercial terms:

    80% Advance payment along with purchase order. Balance 20% after completion of project.

    Delivery terms:

    4 months from the date of purchase order. Along with advance payment.

    Transportation:

    All transport costs is included, the same will be at Kasper Machine Work’s scope

    Taxes:

    GST as applicable is not included in this quotation.


    Note:

    BEC has to provide stabilizer and isolation transformer as per our recommendation at your cost. If is
    not included in the above quotation.

    Warranty:

    2 years for FANUC parts from FANUC INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and 1 year for workmanship from
    KASPER MACHINE WORKS.
