ST Modules: (ST -25)


1.0 General Guidelines regarding submission of Attendance in Field Training:

Attendance sheet submitted by Trainee should be verified. It must have Name, Employee ID,
Designation, Division of Trainee and period of training. It should be daily closed by JE/SSE
Incharge.

At the end of month, leave details should be summarised and sheet should be finaly closed.
This attendance sheet and daily diary have to submitted on STTC GZB mobile App as well
as to batch monitor by the 1st week of the month. Stipend is payable only after submission
and verification of attendance sheet & daily diary. Attendance during Online Courses will be
provided by STTC GZB.

2.0 Assignments:

These assignments duly completed on plain A4 paper should be scanned in pdf format. It
should be submitted by e-mail to Course Incharge. No other mode of submission will be
accepted. Hard copy should be kept by trainee for revision and further study.

The assignments of every module should be submitted within three days of completion of
module.

Assignments can be completed in either Hindi or English. These assignments should be


handwritten (& not computer typed) in clear handwriting.

On top of 1st page of assignments, following details should be written:

Trainees will not be allowed to appear in final exam if they fail to submit assignments in time.
