TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms: 50% Downpayment to be paid upon signing of the Memorandum of Agreement, 10% upon delivery, 30% Balance thru progress billing, 10% Upon completion.

Completion Time:To be coordinated with your project in charge.

Warranty: One (1) year against inherent factory defects & faulty workmanship. One (1) year Semi Annual Preventive & Maintenance Check-up.. Defects arising from misuse & abnormal
condition are excluded from the above warranty. In case of check-up / repair of units not covered by the warranty, the client will shoulder the allowance, transportation and accomodation of
the service technician.

Note : The client should provide Exclusive Stock Room for the equipment and materials, Fabrication Area, Electricity, as well as Barracks / Accommodation for the workers.
