    PHYSIOLOGICAL NEEDS

    Represent the lowest level of human needs,nevertheless it is essential for human beings. At this
    level we can find the

    following needs: Feed, sleep , rest, cover, and sexual desires.

    The physiological needs are related to the individual survival, and the lasting of the specie

    EXAMPLE

    • Leisure period

    • Physical comfort

    • reasonable working periods


    SECURITY NEEDS

    Represent the second level of human needs from bottom to top, this level encompass the
    searching of security, stability, protection against threats and escape from danger. It is reflected
    on the behavior once the physiological needs are covered up.

    EXAMPLE

    • Safety work environment

    • Benefits and rewards

    •Steady job

    SOCIAL NEEDS

    Arise on the person's demeanor when the primary needs are relatively covered up .

    In this level stands out the following needs: association ,participation S, co-workers
    acceptance,friendship exchange, and love.

    Whenever this needs are not fulfil, the individual can turn into aggressive person among the
    people who surrounded him.

    EXAMPLE

    Self Esteem Need

    This needs is with regards the way the person perceives and assess himself.

    This level address: self perception, self confidence, self respect, status and consideration.

    EXAMPLE

    • Result liability

    • Pride and recognition

    • Ascensos

    SELF REALIZATION NEED

    This is the highest level, It is at the top of the hierarchy.

    It's about the personal needs of achievement their own potential and self development.

    EXAMPLE

    • creative and challenging jobs

    • Enjoyment and independency

    • Being part of taken decisions
