Introduction
After an administrator/technical account has successfully logged into the system, then the 'HOME' button in the navigation bar is selected by default.
The corresponding dashboard shown below the navigation bar, is always shown as the first page after logging in and whenever the 'HOME' button is clicked.

The dashboard consists of 4 sections:
All users
All users onboard
My installations,
Number of records reported per month.
All users
This section show the requirement status for all active and valid personnel.
The Circle graph show the percent completed requirements of total number of requirements.
The bar graphs show percent completed requirement of total number of requirements in each root/main group of requirements.
The name of each root group is shown above each bar graph.
All users onboard

This section show the requirement status for all persons that is registered on board a vessel at this time (their status is: Onboard).
The Circle graph show the percent completed requirements of total number of requirements for all personnel on board.
The bar graphs show percent completed requirement of total number of requirements in each root/main group of requirements for all personnel on board.
The name of each root group is shown above each bar graph.
My installations
This section show the requirement status for all persons that is registered on board one of 'my' installations today. That means, if the administrator has limitation to
which personnel he/she has access to, then only vessels that has any of that personnel registered 'onboard' will be shown in the list. The requirement status on
each vessels is also limited to the personnel the administrator has access to on board the vessel.
The graphs shows:
The Circle graph show the percent completed requirements of total number of requirements for all personnel on board any of my installations.
The bar graphs show percent completed requirement of total number of requirements for each of my vessels.
The top four vessels are selected by default and the name of the vessel is shown above each bar graph
Other vessels can be selected clicking the cogwheel icon.
The 'Last report' fields show the date that the office received an export with records from each of the vessels.
Other vessels can be selected clicking the cogwheel icon.
It is possible to select from 1 up to 20 installations to be displayed in this section.

When clicking the cogwheel, then a windows appear with the option to multi-select vessels.
Number of records reported per month

This section consists of 3 graphs and show number of registered training, assessment and test activities from the last 6 months (current month is not included).
The graphs show number of records from the following types of activities:
E-learning
CST - Company Specific Training
Assessments - both Onboard assessments and Self assessments,
CES - Crew Evaluation System tests
All installations
This graph show number of records (E-learning, CST, Assessments and CES) per month for all installations in the company.
Top 1 - <Name of the installation with most activities the last 6 months>
This graph show number of records (E-learning, CST, Assessments and CES) per month for the vessel with most activities in this period.
Top 2 - <Name of the installation with second most activities the last 6 months>
This graph show number of records (E-learning, CST, Assessments and CES) per month for the vessel with second most activities in this period.
