Introduction
Your company, Art-B, a new up-and-coming ad agency
has been growing very fast which meant your last break
room had to be converted into offices. However, people
started complaining, so the Board decided to rent more
office space and develop a new large break room.
Currently, there are 25 people in Art-B, including a
creative team, a few account managers and sales reps as
well as small HR and IT teams. But the Board said that
you might expect 10+ people coming in the next few
months.

Task
You’re a member of a project team at Art-B which is going to design the new break room. Look at the
list of possible furniture, equipment and services you can buy for your project as well as a couple of
comments from your colleagues. Remember your budget is only
$10,000.
Discuss and decide what your break room will look like!
