Note: Above parameters are only for reference. Actual parameters depend upon the geometry & size of the job.

01. The figures in columns 10, 11, & 12 are optimum. These can be obtained by skilled operators with all equipment in first class condition.
02. One cubic centimeter of coating covers:
a) 100 cm2 of surface area, 100 micron (0.1mm) thick. b) 1000 cm 2 of surface area, 10 microns (0.01mm) thick.
c) 40 cm2 of surface area, 250 micron (0.25mm) thick
To find coating speed in sq.cm per hour divide the number in col. 14 by the coating thickness in cm.
03. Wirejet-12G can also spray ceramics and cermets available in the form of flexible cord wires / rods.
04. Figure in column 14 is approximate.
05. For details about any specific wire size, not given in the table, manufacturer may be considered.
