Terms & Conditions:

1) White Aluminium Enterprises LLC VAT Registration # 100019162500003. Price is VAT exclusive.
2) We quoted as per information received and in reply to specification only. Any modification
will require corresponding revision of unit rates.
3) White Aluminium Ent. follows BS EN1096, BS EN1279, BS EN1863, BS EN12543, BS EN572, BS EN12150,
BS EN14179 & BS EN5713 standards, any deviation from these specifications will be subject to price variation.
4) Above prices are based on the following stock sheet sizes with normal rectangular units :
8MM SG SN70T 5100X3210MM 15.00% wastage
10MM CLEAR FLOAT 5100X3210MM 15.00% wastage
Above wastage is the maximum wastage allowed for every batch issued for production. If actual
glass wastage exceeds, we reserve the right to increase our unit prices accordingly taking into the actual
glass wastage.
4) Prices do not include allowance for Irregular shape, Spider Fitting, Drilling Holes, Cutouts, Edgeworks,
Heat Soaking test, Bent Glass, Accessories, or any other processes, unless otherwise stated above.
5) Cut-outs, holes and notches are subjected to technical review prior to acceptance.
6) Any rejection or claim must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of glass.
7) Final invoicing value will be based on actual quantities as per production order.
8) Availability of glass stock is subject to your confirmation. It is guaranteed only for the duration of the validity
of this quotation and is subject to re-confirmation for orders placed beyond the state validity.
9) We quoted to the particular requirement of the customer, but we cannot take any responsibility or liability for the end use of the product.
10) Price is quoted for supply of materials only and does not include installation.
11) If not indicated, instructed or shown in the specifications, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the practical
end-use or purpose of the glass meets the required international safety standards.
12) No Cancellation or Holding of orders shall be permitted after confirmation. We reserve the right to invoice for any production
costs or material costs incurred specifically for this order.

13) Any partial order confirmation will be re-quoted and may result to a higher unit rate.
14) Prices are valid as long as the exchange rate Euro/US $ will not exceed 1.40.
15) Prices will be re-price accordingly due to fluctuation of material cost and currency exchange rate after validity of offer.
16) Please confirm if additional edge-work will be required.
17) The rates are for Heat-treated Glass include standard arising only, unless otherwise stated above.
18) All sizes beyond our machine limitations and bigger than stock sheet size are not included.

Therefore, our offer does not include any item outside our production capabilities.
19) This quotation is valid for seven days from the date of submission
20) Delivery date is to be agreed based on the availability of White Aluminium production capacity
21) All annealed glass is supplied with clean cut edges but we are not responsible for any thermal breakage.
22) The minimum chargeable area to be invoiced per piece is equal to 0.5 m²/pc.
23) Above price does not include allowance for overize panel, otherwise additional charges will be added
(Oversize area > 7.0 m² or over standard stock sheet dimension).
24) Our quotation is based on using [x] full sheets of dimension xxxm by xxxm. Please collect the remenants within
one week of accepting quotation since we will not hold these in storage for collection at a future date.
25) Due to having to purchase in multiple of bundles, we have had to base our quotation on the [x] number of sheets of size xxx by xxxm.
Any sheets surplus to the requirements for this order will be retained for you until their expiry.
You may wish to collect these or use these for a future order.
26) The price for ceramic frit (if quoted) is based on the standard ceramic frit design. The above price does not include
the screen charges for ceramic frit, it will be charged extra as per the actual number of screens used for the entire order.
27) Quantity less than 100 m² are on exfactory basis only.
28) Price is on ex factory basis.
29) Refusal to accept goods at the agreed delivery time will incur a re-delivery charge or will have to collect for Ex-Works.
30) In case of in-transit damage, please provide official NCR within 7 days of the incident with full explanation
and supporting documents including photographs of the damaged prouct.
31) Our prices are C&F Doha and include ordinary wooden packing. At destination, you will have 24 hours free for clearance.
Delay will subject your company to detention of 500 Dhs per day per trail, and truck shall be off-loaded
at your warehouse on your own responsibility.
32) Above prices exclude, bank charges, custom duties, documentation, border charges, insurance and other charges.
33) For customer's supplied glass, any glass breakage during processing and handling is not under our responsibility.
34) We quoted this item considering 8 pieces of U-inserts per double glazed unit due to unavailability of the U-insert
detailed in the drawing. Prices will be re-costed accordingly by taking into actual numbers of u-inserts to be used.
35) IG Units do not include Structural Bonding, Stepped Glazing, and Shucco system spacer or U insert unless
otherwise stated above and Sealant depth would be 6mm for Polyurethane and 6mm for Silicon Sealants.
36) IG Units with Stepped Glazing, and Schucco system spacer or U insert will be charged extra.
37) We quoted for 12 mm thick airspace with Georgian Bar as per your requirement, but we are not responsible
for any glass failure due to the vibration caused by using more than 10 mm thick airspace for double glass unit with Georgian Bars.
(10 mm thick airspace as per adviced maximum).
38) The maximum width that can be deleted in one pass is 20 mm. Low E Stepped unit with a width greater than
this dimension will be subjected to higher cost.
39) In reference with your inquiry, we are unable to quote the ----- due to unavailability of the glass in our stock.
40) Lamination glass will show edge mismatch as per industry standard.
41) For toughened laminated glass, we cannot guarantee 100% alignment of drilling and glass edges since drilling and
glass edge works will be done before the laminating process.
42) The minimum thickness of PVB interlayer to be use for any Laminated Glass with holes shall be 1.52 mm thick PVB to
reduce waves on the glass thus increasing the strength of the glass.
43) For mirror sizes bigger than the stock sheet size (3210 x 2250 mm), we have to divide it into two sizes.
44) The visibility of distortion in reflective glass is generally affected by surrounding condition. Viewing full size mock-ups
under typical job conditions is highly recommended for user evaluation and expectation of reflective distortion.
Spandrel matches the color appearance.
45) Price for Sandblasting Design is based on the design which you provided. Any variation on the design will be re-priced accordingly.
46) Shaped panels are calculated on full block size required to cut the panels.
Shaped panels are charged up to 100% extra depending on the shape.
47) The customer must supply the original Shucco Spacer.
48) We do not guarantee Gas Retention in Silicone Sealed Units.
49) Quench-marks, iridescent spots (anisotropy) will be noticeable on all flat tempered glass and does not constitute a
reason for the rejection since it is inherent to the process. The visibility of the quench-marks is enhanced with the
use of multi-layers (IGU or lamination).
50) Tempered and laminated curved glass is out of our production range.

51) Heat soak testing will affect the color of soft coated glasses. White Aluminium is not responsible
for any color difference due to heat soak test.
52) Maximum temperable size is 2800mm W x 6000mm H. Sizes bigger than 2800mm Width are required to interchange
the width and height to be able to temper. WA is not reponsible for the orientation of roller waves.
53) Tempered Glass with glass fan hole size greater than 1/3 of the narrowest dimension (either width or height) must be annealed.
54) We recommend Heat soak Test for Tempered float glass products to minimize occurrence of spontaneous breakage.
White Aluminium is not responsible for spontaneous breakages of fully tempered Glass processed with or without heat soak testing.
55) The distance between two holes from outside diameter and also the distance of the outside diameter
of hole from the edge of the glass should be greater than twice the thickness of the glass.
56) The choice of the spider fittings and accessories’ design and material is not under WAE’s scope.
Any failure related to the use of incorrect spider fitting or accessories,
wrong application and wrong installation will not be covered by WAE’s limited warranty”
