Elements Description:
• Steel (Welding-free onsite assembly):
▪ Sections for Option 1 (Eurosys):
 Column (8” x 5 mm)
 Arm (3.5” x 4 mm)
 Support (3” x 3 mm)
 Rafters (2.5” x 3 mm)
▪ Sections for Option 2 (Pyramid):
 Column (200 x 200 x 5 mm)
 Arm (100 x 100 x 4 mm)
 Support (80 x 80 x 3 mm)
 Rafters (2.5” x 3 mm)
▪ All Steels are made under Gulf area standard.
▪ All Steel Structures are Galvanized (HDG) and top coated with
High Solids Epoxy Coating (AMERCOAT) metal paints
(Approved for Aramco specifications APCS 26).
• Knitted Fabric:
▪ Material & Fabrication:
 HDPE, Polyethylene raw material; UV stabilized
 Weight: 340g/m² (Made in Australia)
 HDPE Construction; Monofilament & tape
 Temperature; (-30˚ C to +70˚ C)
 More than 93% UV blocking and IR protection.
• Wind speed resistance up to 150 kmph.
• Customer has the choice to select the suitable color from the range of
colors available for the steel frame and fabrics.
• The Steel frame is covered only at top by fabrics.
• Any steel structures have an allowable tolerance of +/- 7% in size and
thickness.

This offer will be valid for 7 days.
Scope of Work:
• Design and Drawings.
• Fabrication of Steel and Fabrics.
• Supply & Installation of Shade.
Exclusions;
• Electricity.
• Crane, manlift or Scaffolding.
• All local permits and fees.
• Concrete foundation and all related works.
• Crane for unloading and shifting materials at site.
• Municipality fees, approvals(or)any other govt. fees.
• Third party inspection charges/consultation fees.
• All safety and related requirements at site.
• Any items not mentioned in scope of work.
Delivery:
• 75 working days from date of firm order, drawing approval, site
readiness and down payment receipt.

Warranty:
• 10 years on Fabrics against color changing and Fabric tearing
(Manufacturer Warranty).
• 5 years on Steel frames.
• Warranty does not cover any damage caused by natural disaster,
product misuse or reporting the damage after 48 hours.
• Warranty is invalid if there is any payment pending from client and if
there is any modification/repairing on shades done by client or any
other third party.
• Warranty applicable from the date of completion and handover.
General Assumptions and Client Responsibilities:

• Eurosys can use their stickers or logo on the shades without any
objection from client.
• In case of any hold in project more than 4 months (overall), the price
may have to be revised accordingly.
• Any delay from client more than one month from agreed time period,
Eurosys can re-schedule the delivery and installation as per the
Eurosys work schedule without any objection from client.
• Delay caused by site condition or any other circumstance for more than
two months; Client has to pay the storage cost for Eurosys which is not
less than 200 SR/day until the delivery. Also, the client has to pay the
progress payment equivalent to the fabrication done at Eurosys
factory.
• Client has to deposit the down payment within 6 working days from
P.O/Contract. Otherwise, the price may get revised accordingly.
• Payment delays will be reflected equally on the delivery period.
• Client responsible to provide all safety requirements as needed on site.
• Client responsible to provide any lifting facilities (crane/boom truck), to
lift/install our materials as needed in site by free-of-charge.
• In the event that the materials are not available in the market, the
implementation period will be increased.
• Client responsible to arrange accommodation for Eurosys team during
work time.
