Vertical Form, Fill & Seal Machine is a PLC Controlled servo driven intermittent Center Seal Bag
making machine which can pack up to 10 Kg of various kinds of powder, granule items, suitable for
wide range of heat sealable films such as PET / MET BOPP / POLY or PET/POLY, Paper or Al-Foil
laminate etc. Easy change over time. All Product Contact parts are made of Stainless Steel.

packaging without losing of aroma. Oxygen Barrier or Moisture
Barrier from a pack, so that quality of the product will be fresh

without Vacuum that depends on needs of the customers.

Form, Fill & Seal Machine
(Multi-Track)
The Fully Automatic Multi Lane machine, suitable for packing
small sachet like Shampoo, Tobacco, Mouth Freshner, Hair
Dyes, Detergents, Cream, Digestive salt. Soft drinks
Concentrated Powders in a 4 side seal. The machine can be
supplied from 4 track to 8 track from a single machine to get
maximum output. The entire machine is controlled through PLC
with MMI. The Paper pulling is drawn by either Clutch and Break
system or Servo Drive.
