1 NARRATIVE:
Investigation disclosed that the incident happened when vehicle 1 is
travelling on the right lane while vehicle 2 is travelling to the opposite lane, when suddenly vehicle 1 loses it brakes and he lose control of his motorcycle and hit vehicle 2. As a consequence thereof, vehicle 2 driver and his passenger sustained some severe body injury and was rushed to Borongan City Hospital for treatment. Driver of vehicle 1 sustained only a slight injury and after his treatment he surrendered to police authority.
DISPOSITION:
For appropriate filing of charge at Can-avid prosecutors office.

1. On or about 10:00 am of Julyl 27, 2023, the shooting incident
happened at the bridge of Barangay Malinao, Can-avid Eastern Samar. The victim identified as Gerald Lopez, 26 years old, resident from Barangay Batiawan, Taft Eastern Samar.
2. The victim suffer a fatal wound located at the head that cause of immediate death of the victim.
3. Can-avid Police office immediately conduct a man hunt operation
leaded by SPO2 Nico Jay Pantas together with SPO1 Joshua Sugalan after knowing the location of the suspect.
4. The motive behind the incident is still unknown.

1. REFERENCE: Spot report on shooting incident dated July 28, 2023
2. This pertains to the shooting incident that transpired in the bridge of
Barangay Malinao, Can-avid Eartern Samar at around 10:00 in the morning of April 28, 2023. Be informed that the victim Gerald Lopez, 26 years old, resident from Barangay Batiawan, Taft Eastern Samar, was shot by the suspect Rubel Taninas, 27 years old, resident of Barangay 10, Can-avid. The said victim was brought to Borongan hospital for medical treatment but was pronounce dead on arrival.
3. The cadaver of the victim was moved to Borongan Crime Laboratory
Office, for autopsy examination. The immediate cause of his death was gunshot wound directly on his head.
4. The subject was arrested at his house during hot pursuit operation conducted, but the weapon used in the commission of the crime was not recovered and he is now under the custody of this station for investigation and proper disposition.

Iniwan ko ang aking motor sa kanilang parking area. Pagkalipas ng gabe habang ako ay patungo sa parking area ay hindi ko na nakita ang aking sasakyan, hinala ko na baka may kumuha dito. 3. na mga ilang oras na paghahanap ko sa paligid ng Hotel at hindi ko pa rin ito matagpuan kaya pumunta ako sa security guard upang magtanong at humingi ng tulong upang tingnan ang cctv sa may parking area at na kumpirma ko na ito ng a ay na carnap. 4. na ginawa ko ang sinumpaang salaysay na ito upang aking patunayan ang buong katotohanan ng aking salaysay na nasa itaas at paninindigan ko ito saan man at kanino man. IV. INVESTIGATION/FINDINGS 7. IV. DISCUSSION 7. According to the initial investigation, the suspect waited at the waiting shed to execute his plan on killing Mr. Juan Jay Cruz. And when the suspect got an opportunity he walk behind on the victim and shoot him on the head. V. CONCLUSION 8. The motive behind of the killing is jealousy, when Mr. Jacob B Jarabilo the perpetrator go to abroad the victim Mr. Juan Jay Cruz seduced Ms. Christine Degiunion girlfriend of the perpetrator.
VI. RECOMMENDATION 9. Therefore, the case is ready for trial to determine the penalty of the perpetrator.
