    I. Attendance
    Out of 56 parents of Grade 2-Mahogany, 25 parents did not make it to the Parent
    Teacher Conference. It started at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon, held in Grade 2-Mahogany
    classroom.
    II. Agenda
    A. School rules and regulations (Wearing school ID and School Uniforms, Attendance,
    Pupil’s Behavior, Transferees, Documents).
    B. Grading System
    C. Canteen Matters
    D. Registration for Kab Scout
    E. Gulay sa Gulayan
    F. Wellness Campus
    G. Eco Project
    H. HRPTA Election
    I. Others

    III. Discussion
    ➢ It started with a visual prayer and then greetings.
    ➢ Agendas were presented:
    o Parents should make sure their children wear the proper uniform.
    o Wearing of school ID is a MUST. School ID’s will be distributed soon. And strict
    monitoring will be implemented.
    o Pupils in the list of no birth certificates should comply as soon as possible.
    o Pupils should practice proper hygiene and grooming, girls’ hair should be tied, boys
    should have a haircut. And children should wear clean uniforms.
    o Reminder to transferees to follow-up the needed documents as soon as possible.
    o Report on pupils’ behavior in class specially those that distract classes.
    o Discussion on the reading progress of pupils and attendance. And how it affects
    performance in class.
    o Encouraging parents to be active in their children’s education.
