HISTORY OF CABALAOANGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Cabalaoangan Elementary School is located at Cabalaoangan, San Quintin,


Pangasinan. The boundaries of the school on the North is Francisco Yra, in the East –
Manila Railroad Company, in the South – Callejon, and on the West – Mamerto Mendoza. It
is said that Cabalaoangan Elementary School, formerly known as Cabalac Elementary
School, was built in the year 1920. It originally has a land area of 11,300 sq. meters. It was
found out that the school has no document regarding land title but it has a Tax Declaration.

Cabalaoangan Elementary School serves as molding institution of the young


children of Barangay Cabalaoangan. It is also serves as a vehicle to the growth of the people
and made them lead and boost barangay for further development. We should not also forget
the perseverance of the elders to give their siblings higher education and that is why
Barangay Cabalaoangan has produced many professionals.

For the school year 2023-2024, CES accommodated five hundred ninety-one
(591) elementary learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6.

Presently, Cabalaoangan Elementary School is under the leadership of Dr.


Albert M. Bertudez, the school head together with twenty-one (21) capable, committed and
values-oriented teaching force, one (1) administrative officer and three (3) non-teaching
personnel (MOOE Funded) ready to serve our learners with outmost care. CES sustains its
passion towards quality, equitable and sustainable education through effective and efficient
partnership with our internal and external stakeholders who continuously collaborating for
programs, activities and projects (PAPs) to develop holistic learners and conducive learning
environment. The school goes further by maximizing its efforts together with the
community and LGUs to achieve higher learning outcomes.
