Abstract. In this document we summarize the hybrid

stochastic-local volatility model, called the Tremor-model
implemented by Murex, and validate the implementation
of the values and Greeks of vanilla and first generation
exotic options using a Monte Carlo engine. The implementation by Murex is based on finite difference method
of the model partial differential equation. The calibration
of the model parameters is done by Murex. What is validated in this report are the derivatives values and Greeks
based on the calibrated model parameters delivered by
Murex. The calibration as such is not part of this report.
