    bridges over Luit and Subansiri rivers) of Balichapur, Majuli to Bongalmara, Lakhimpur in the
    State of Assam.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to provide you with a quotation for the
    construction of Earthwork up to the top of Subgrade at the site of the two major bridges over Luit
    and Subansiri rivers, as part of the project from Balichapur, Majuli to Bongalmara, Lakhimpur in the
    State of Assam. The details of the quotation are as follows:

    Pvt. Ltd’s provided Borrow Pits with a lead upto 3 Km”
    1. (Construction of embankment & subgrade with approved Cum ₹ 175
    material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m,
    transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and
    compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with
    a lead upto 3000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5)

    2. After 3 Km in Each 1 Km extra lead charge Cum ₹ 15

    Note:
    1. The Forest Royalty and other government applicable charges will be borne by M/s.
    SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

    2. The above-mentioned rate includes lifting, loading, transportation, dozing, grading,


    rolling & watering of earth (soil/sand) from M/s. SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd's
    provided and approved source of government/private land Borrow Pits with a lead of
    up to 3 Km.

    3. The above-mentioned rate is exclusive of taxes (GST).

    4. Monthly RA bill for work done shall be prepared with detailed measurement from the
    site after checking the work done level by auto level or total station and certified by
    the engineer-in-charge before submission for payment by the contractor.

    5. M/s. SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd shall provide High-Speed Diesel and
    miscellaneous material without adding handling or any extra charges, purely
    debitable on a market rate basis from our monthly RA bill if required for the work. In
    case of any loss of these materials during reconciliation, the cost shall be recovered
    from our bills.

    6. Idle charges of machinery will be borne by M/s. SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd
    under any circumstances related to work held up.

    7. M/s. SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd must complete make payment against bills
    within 15 days after receiving the certified bill from our end. In the event of any
    payment delay, M/s. SP. Singla Constructions Pvt. Ltd will be responsible for
    covering any incurred interest (late payment charges) under all circumstances.
