sleeve injecteur
• A stainless steel sleeve is used in the
injector bore to seal the coolant.
• The sleeve is sealed using three ‘O’ rings.
However, combustion gases are sealed by the
injector seating on the metal in the cylinder
head bore.
• The ‘O’ ring seal fitted on the injector nozzle
provides a combustion gas seal until a carbon
dam is formed

dessus du bloc jusqu’au déssus de la chemise.

1 Assurez vous que le dessus du bloc est propre.


2 Assurez vous que la chemise est bien installée
4 Mésurer la saillie sur 4 positions (B1, B2, B3 et B4 dans
le manuel d’atelier ) et enregistré les données de ce
cylindre.
5 Faire la somme des valeurs et la diviser par 4 pour
avoir les valeurs exactes de ce cylindre
