ASSALUB GREASE METER
Assalub Grease Meter, for lubricating the correct amount of grease into a
bearing. Over greasing / under greasing is main cause of failure of
bearings, it reduces life of bearing drastically. Assalub Grease Meter
ensures correct amount of grease is dispensed. Lubricated amount is
shown on grease meter display with unit (cm³, g, oz, or fl oz). It works with
most kinds of grease guns. The grease meter has a resettable counter.
Options like subtotal & total helps to track cumulative consumption on
daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Auto On/Off feature, readily available 1 AA battery is used.
Save up to 30% grease.

LUBERIGHT
LUBERIGHT is computerised manual lubrication monitoring system. It helps in scheduling, monitoring and recording the
actual manual lubrication data. Thousands of manual lubrication points can be maintained by this system. Special transponders
located at lubrication points, communicate with the Grease Meter and give colour coded feedback (Green, Red). Software can
maintain a schedule of 2 years and historical data.

Lubrication Monitoring Systems
LUBEMON
A Lubrication Monitoring system for CGLs (Centralised grease/Oil lubrication systems)
A LUBEMON flow transmitter mounted at the end consuming point monitors the actual amount of lubricant fed into the
lubrication point. System can detect blockages in the lubrication lines instantly & can raise Visual, Audio Alarms in case of incorrect
or no lubrication to end consuming point. Real time lubrication data is monitored for each lubrication point.

WLUBEMON
WLUBEMON is a wireless system for monitoring
grease lubrication points. The system is
independent and can monitor all grease lubrication
– from all types of automatic lubrication systems to
manual grease lubrication. WLUBEMON consists of
an accurate measuring device that measures the
grease amount fed to the lubrication point. The
measuring device communicates with the control
unit wirelessly for continuously monitoring. The
control unit offers alarm, statistics and logging
functions. Up to 20 measuring devices can be
monitored by the control unit, normally up to 75
meters from the control unit. The battery life is at
least 15 years.
The lubrication status for each lubrication point is
clearly shown on display. The control unit is very
user friendly with touch colour screen.
Centralised Lubrication Systems
One of the key features of heavy process industry is many lubrication points in a rather small area. This makes it very economical to
use an advanced lubrication system. Even though almost any size system can profit from a dual-line system, it gets more
economical, the more lubrication points there are in the system. Examples of such applications are lubrication of paper mills, steel
mills, Cement Plant, Assembly lines and plants for non-ferrous metals. Assalub's dual-line system is designed for use in tough
situations. The dispensers are manufactured in zinc plated steel, but there is a version in acid proof steel (AISI 316) for especially
tough environments.

MULTI-LINE LUBRICATOR FLM & FEM TYPE (For Grease)

In light and medium-heavy industry – in contrast to heavy process industry – individual machines with a smaller number of
lubrication points are used. Applications in which grease lubrication is used include for instance pellet presses, gears, stone-
crushers, cement kilns, screw conveyors, travelling hoists, process filters, ship steering and lubrication of rudders shafts, cranes,
rotary filters, industrial separators, etc.
Type FLM has 1-6 outlets and is suitable grease requirements up to approx. 0.55 cm³/min per outlet, with continuous back pressure
not exceeding 50 bar.
Type FEM has 1-12 outlets and is larger and more powerful than the FLM and is used for lubrication systems with grease
requirements up to approx. 1.4 cm³/min per outlet, with continuous back pressure up to 250 bar.
LUBRICATOR TYPE B (For Oil)

The B-Lubricator is designed for Automatic lubrication of machines and for dosing of liquids. It is a sturdy and reliable lubricator
which automatically supplies the right amount of oil to each lubrication point. It is available with 1-18 outlets and with two different
reservoir sizes, 2.5 & 6.5 Litres.
PRECISE GREASE DISPENSERS (Type: CVM & ACV)

On assembly lines, a small amount of lubricant is often
applied to sliding parts, the lubricant is intended to
lubricate the parts for a certain length of time or for the
whole life of the product. In a process with short cycle
times, the material has to be applied positively,
accurately and with high degree of repeatability. In such
a process, an imprecise dosage jeopardizes the quality of
the product. CVM and ACV are reliable precision
dispensers designed for a long life in industrial
applications. In order to avoid unnecessary handling of
material applied Assalub's air operated drum pump is
used to feed the dispensers directly from the drum.

brakes, etc. and In Manufacturing Sector for precise
grease Dispensing requirements.

ZERO RESIDUAL PUMP
Assalub grease pump & follower plate system ensures total emptying of grease drums and easy handling of grease. It Saves grease
wastage of approximately 5-30 Kgs per drum. Available for all drum & pail sizes. Eg. 15-20 Kg Pail, 50 Kg Drum, 200 Kg Drums.
