    Eastern Province Municipality (EPM) is planning to construct the water tower in "Al Khobar Waterfront " on an area of 43,393 m2 in Al-Khobar
    Corniche, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
    The Finance Ministry is funding the part of the capital expenditure. The JDA will be signed with a private sector entity that will design, finance,
    construct and operate the real estate assets before transferring them to the municipality
    The US$80 million project includes the following:
    1. Construction of a water tower
    2. Construction of storage facilities
    3. Laying of pipelines
    4. Construction of pumping station
    5. Construction of associated facilities
