Credix - Mission, Goals & Principles
The following document describes our why. We have broken it into two parts:
Mission and long-term Goals, and principles. It should provide context and
guidance to Credix's leadership and team.
Our founding documents detail the plans for Credix, including our long-term
objectives, principles, and philosophy: why and how we exist and operate.

Beyond our mission, we set long-term goals that represent the bigger-picture
ambitions we hope to achieve or improve over a period of years. They are our
reason for existence and represent Credix's long-term ambition.
Offering credit stands out as the most valuable service for SMBs, yet it
remains one of the most challenging to manage internally. Our solution
involves providing a fully integrated credit infrastructure encompassing risk
assessment, compliance, capital allocation, and collections, all through
user-friendly no-code and low-code (API) solutions.
Build with Velocity: A bias for action speeds up our learning and creates
momentum. Focus on what matters most, make fast initial progress, and iterate
towards the best outcome. Break down objectives, eliminate waste, and focus on
output. We are moving quickly, changing regularly, and aren’t very
prescriptive about most things. We expect autonomy and consistency.

drive to succeed. We manifest strong self-confidence, taking calculated risks,
