(Dance Competition)
*Format and Time Allocation: *
- The elimination round will span a total of 3 hours.
- Each dance form category (contemporary, classical, folk, hip-hop,
freestyle, etc.)
*Time Limits: *
- Solo Performances: Maximum of 2 minutes per participant.
- Duet Performances: Maximum of 3 minutes per duo.
- Group Performances: Maximum of 4 minutes per group.
*Performance Diversity: *
- Participants are encouraged to highlight their versatility by
incorporating at least two different dance forms within their allocated
time.
*Judging Criteria: *
- Originality and creativity in choreography.
- Technical skill and execution.
- Stage presence and audience engagement.
- Overall performance impact.
*Elimination Process: *
- Participants will be evaluated by a panel of judges during the
elimination round.
- Scores will be tallied based on the judging criteria.
- The top performers from each dance form category will advance to
the final round on Day 2.

- On Day 2, Final Round last for 2 hours.
- Participants who advance from the elimination round will compete in
the final round.
*Time Limits: *

- In addition to highlighting multiple dance forms, participants must

- Artistic interpretation and expression.
- Coordination and synchronization (for duet and group
performances).
- Overall entertainment value and impact on the audience.

- The participants must prepare a 5-minute elevator pitch
presentation for why an investor should invest in them.

- The participants will not be allowed to use any
support systems and must explain only by verbal
medium.
- There is no restriction on the number of people
speaking from the team.

- The debate will be conducted in a MUN format.
- The elimination round is of 2 Hours

Team Composition:
- Each team consists of four members.
- Teams must adhere to their assigned roles (Portfolio)
Timing:
Time constraints:
- Each round of the debate will have allocated time slots for
different segments.
- Participants must adhere to the specified time limits for
their presentations, discussions, and rebuttals.
Respectful Conduct:
- Participants must engage in respectful and professional
conduct throughout the event.
- Disruptive behaviour, including personal attacks,
harassment, or offensive language, will not be tolerated.
- Each participant in a team must speak at least once during
the debate.
- Failure to meet this requirement will result in point
deductions.

- Judges will evaluate teams based on criteria such as
research quality,
argumentation,
teamwork,
creativity,
and persuasiveness.
- Teams are encouraged to demonstrate critical
thinking, originality, and clarity in their
presentations and responses.

*Format and Time Allocation: *
- The total span of the event is of 8 hours.
Eligibility:
- The hackathon is open to undergraduate and graduate
students currently enrolled in engineering programs at
accredited institutions.
- Each participant must present a valid student ID or
enrolment certificate upon registration.
Team Formation:
- Participants may form teams of up to four members.
- Teams can consist of individuals from different
engineering disciplines (e.g., computer science, electrical
engineering, mechanic engineering) to encourage
interdisciplinary collaboration.
- All participants must register in advance to participate in
the hackathon.
General rules:
- The hackathon will focus on a specific theme, challenge,
or problem statement relevant to engineering disciplines
which will be provided 30 mins prior event.
- The hackathon will take place over a specified period,
typically ranging from 12 PM to 7 PM ETA.
- Participants must remain present for the duration of the
event to work on their projects.
Code of Conduct:
- Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that
promotes respect, inclusivity, and professionalism
throughout the event.
Devices and Equipment:
- Participants are required to bring their own devices, such
as laptops, tablets, or smartphones, to work on their
projects.
- If participant wishes to bring hardware setup for better
Internet connectivity, contact the event organizer 5 days
prior the event.
Software and Tools:
- Participants are responsible for installing and configuring
any necessary software or tools needed for their projects.
- Internet access and power outlets will be provided to
facilitate development and research.
Intellectual Property:
- Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property
rights to their projects.
- However, participants may be required to grant the event
organizers certain rights to use or display their projects for
promotional purposes.
Judging Criteria:
- Projects will be evaluated based on criteria such as
technical complexity, innovation, feasibility, scalability, and
presentation quality.
- Judges may also consider factors such as
teamwork, problem-solving approach, and project
documentation.
- Participants must submit their completed projects, along
with any necessary documentation or presentation
materials, by the specified deadline.
- Late submissions may be subject to penalties or
disqualification.
Development:
- Teams work collaboratively to brainstorm ideas and
develop solutions to the challenge.
- Participants use their own devices and tools to code,
design, and prototype their projects.
- Problem statement may be related to Frontend
development, Backend Development or Full stack.
- The goal is to work smart, not Hard (there is a time limit)
- Be prepared with your tech stacks.
Mentoring:
- Mentors and subject matter experts provide guidance and
support to teams throughout the event.
- Participants can seek advice on technical challenges,
project management, and presentation skills.
Monitoring:
- Participants will be monitored by event organizers with
both Online and Offline measures.
- Any case of hacking or cheating will result in immediate
disqualification.
Prizes and Recognition:
- Prizes awarded to the top-performing teams or individuals,
including cash rewards, exciting awards, scholarships.
- Recognition may also be given to projects that demonstrate
exceptional creativity, social impact.

This event is strictly for ISBM ID Card holder students
only (includes COE, COC, PGDM)
*Format and Time Allocation: *
- This is a team event!
- The number of contestants allowed in a team is 7-8
Members.
- There can be more than one team performing in the
event from the same college
The event consists of only one round.
*Time Limits: *
- Time limit for the Treasure Hunt is 2 hours.
- The team who reaches to the Final Hint and solves all clues will be
declared as the Winner for the Speciality event.
*Judging Criteria: *
- No. of Clues solved by teams.
- Accuracy of thinking
- Team co-ordination
Monitoring:
- Participants will be monitored by event organizers.
- Any case of misbehaviour will result in immediate
disqualification.
