3. DESCRIPTION

3.1 INTRODUCTION AND OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The equipment is designed to perform microdermabrasion treatments in combination with product
or not. For this the main unit has a vacuum pump to perform the necessary suction for the
treatment and a peristaltic pump to infuse the products of the treatment.

The equipment can electronically and independently select the level of vacuum and flow to infuse
through a simple menu indicated on an LCD display. By pressing certain buttons you can select
the vacuum level, the flow level, turn on and off the vacuum circuit and start the cleaning cycle.

The equipment has an applicator handle with interchangeable diamond tips that allow you to
select the desired degree of microdermabrasion.

It has a pedal in order to start and stop the product infusion circuit.

The rear panel has a double vacuum trap plus a micro porous filter. In this trap the residues of the
treatment will be located, both the epidermal cells and the surplus infused product. In this trap
there is also a safety system that prevents excessive filling of the trap, by means of a small plug
that floats in the vacuum trap, if the maximum level is exceeded, the float will close the vacuum
entrance of the trap stopping the suction.

3.2 EXPECTED USE

The equipment is designed to perform exfoliation treatments of the outer layers of the skin, with or
without hydration and application of products on it. For this the main unit has a vacuum pump to
perform the necessary suction for the treatment and a peristaltic pump to infuse the treatment
products that can work simultaneously or separately without a time limit.

out.
11. If no further treatments are carried out, a cleaning cycle must be carried out.

5. OPERATION – FUNCTIONS

5.1. CLEANING CYCLE

It is very important to carry out cleaning cycles at the end of the day, since the residues of
products to be applied to the skin, epidermal cells and other treatment products could block
the lumen of the vacuum and / or infusion hoses.

The cleaning cycle is a process that cannot be interrupted by the user once it starts.

USER MANUAL – MINIVAC+

Do not use hot water.

1. To begin the cleaning cycle, the vacuum circuit and the infusion circuit must be stopped,
and the applicator must have a diamond tip.
2. Place the applicator in a vertical position, embedded in the receptacle for the applicator.
3. Place the cleaning cap on the applicator so that the residues are properly aspirated.
4. Place a solution of 70% ethyl alcohol and 30% distilled water in the receptacle for the
products.

5. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to activate the cleaning cycle.

To perform the cleaning cycle the cap must be placed on the diamond tip. Do not perform the
cleaning cycle without attaching the cleaning cap. Do not install the cleaning cap if the
applicator does not have a diamond tip.

You must keep the button pressed for 5 seconds, if you just press it, the cleaning cycle
will not start.

Before beginning a cleaning cycle, verify that the vacuum trap on the rear panel is free in
order to place the cleaning waste.

5.2. DIAMOND TIP CHANGE

The equipment has several tips with different levels of abrasion, determined by the type of
diamond that it contains in the tip. To identify the different diamonds, the tips have a colored
rubber band that identifies them.

1. To change the tip of the applicator, grasp the tip of the applicator and turn the tip
counterclockwise.
2. Remove the tip.
3. Place the desired tip on the tip of the applicator.

Verify that the base of the tip is aligned with the applicator so that the thread does not
enter twisted to avoid any damage in the thread entry or the threads of it.

4. Press the tip and simultaneously screw in clockwise.

5. Verify that the tip base fully settles on the applicator.

The tip should be completely placed, without any space between it and applicator body. Is
not necessary to adjust with excessive force.
