This course on exercise for fitness enables the learner to set goals , monitor one’s participation in aerobic and muscle- and bone-strengthening activities and constantly evaluate how well one has integrated
this into one’s personal lifestyle. It consists of an array of offerings which learners can choose from.

The world is still affected by the virus (COVID 19). Thus, all of our plans are still on hold. As a student, you are tasked to make a proposed plan of activity for a recreational event. The freedom of
creating the title of your event is given. Make sure that this plan of activity must target health issue or concern. You will be graded according to the rubric below. (GROUPING)
