do you solve the problem presented above?
The increasing global plastic waste is having a detrimental impact on our current living environment.
Recognizing the severity of this issue, we have decided to use straws made from Lepironia articulata to
replace plastic straws. This initiative aims to reduce the plastic waste generated from straws, contributing to
a healthier ecosystem and minimizing the impact on wildlife, which often suffer from ingesting plastic debris
in the environment. Furthermore, users can enjoy the benefits of using our Lepironia articulata without
concerns, as they are an eco-friendly alternative. Through this approach, we believe we can address the
current and future environmental challenges associated with plastic straw pollution.

 Mission: Our mission is to meet the maximum demand for environmentally friendly products, aiming
for a green lifestyle. We aspire to become a supply chain of green, eco-friendly, safe, and sustainable
products for all customers.
 Product: Fresh and dried Lepironia articulata.
 Objectives:
Short-term: Identify reliable and safety-standard suppliers for our project. Establish friendly
relationships with customers to increase repeat business and attract new potential customers. Stabilize
business operations and achieve return on investment.
Medium-term: Establish our brand position, expand the business model to larger F&B enterprises,
collaborate to supply products to green product stores, and convenience stores. Open three retail
stores to cater to customers who prefer in-store purchases.
Long-term: Become a prominent brand, the preferred choice for large businesses looking to transition
to eco-friendly products. Expand nationwide and successfully collaborate with international businesses
in the green product sector.
 Product:
Fresh Lepironia articulata : Environmentally friendly due to their 100% natural composition; free from
chemicals, dyes, and fully biodegradable. Boasting the natural green color of Lepironia articulata ;
sourced from benign materials, easy to acquire, and simple to produce. Non-dissolving in water,
suitable for all types of beverages (hot/cold); safe for consumer health as it contains no additives,
colorings, or harmful chemicals. Rapid decomposition time (4 - 6 weeks).
Dried Lepironia articulata : Utilizing advanced drying technology during the manufacturing process,
retaining the natural green color of Lepironia articulata . Moreover, the product does not affect the
original taste of beverages. Additionally, dried Lepironia articulata exhibit rapid decomposition in the
natural environment, taking only 3-6 months. After complete decomposition, the remaining
components of the straw become a nutrient-rich source for soil and plants
 How
By bringing this product to consumers, we will be able to replace the amount of plastic straws with a
straw that is biodegradable and does not harm the marine environment.
