    SK Officials Present:
     Hon. Jose James D. Acibo Presiding officer/SK Chairperson
     Hon. Diether Bajar SK Kagawad
     Hon. Angel Tenan Acting Secretary/SK Kagawad
     Hon. Christian Jerome Bohol SK Kagawad
     Hon. Leian Llanera SK Kagawad
     Hon. Jessa Mae Tuban SK Kagawad
     Hon. Ma. Sheena Mae Quiliquite SK Kagawad

    I. Call to Order
    Hon. Jose James Acibo called to order the first session of the Sangguniang
    Kabataan of Brgy. Tangculogan at 10 am in the morning on December 01,
    2024 at Tangculogan Hall.

    II. Roll Call


    Acting secretary Hon. Angel Tenan conducted the roll call. The above-stated
    persons were present.

    III. Reading and approval of the minutes of the last meeting


    The reading and approval of the minutes was skipped due to the meeting
    conducted at the time being the first SK regular meeting.

    01 Formulation of Rules and Procedure The SK Council agreed that there are
    fees with the amount of 100 pesos for
    those SK Kagawad will commit straight
    absences for SK Sessions.

    02 Appointment of SK Secretary and The SK Chairperson James Acibo, in


    Treasurer concurrence with the SK Council
    appointed Mr. Aljie R. Dais as SK
    Secretary and Mr. Kineth Evangelista as
    SK Treasurer.

    03 Identification/Appointment of Committee The appointment of committee heads


    Heads was done by nomination and division of
    the house. Thus, in concurrence with the
    SK Council, the following SK councilors
    were appointed as committee heads:

    Committee on Education and Culture:


     Hon. Jose Virgil Acibo

    Committee on Environmental,
    Climate Change Adaption, and
    Disaster Risk Reduction and
    Resiliency:
     Hon. Leian Llanera

    Committee on Youth Employment


    and Livelihood:
     Hon. Ma. Sheena Mae Quiliquite

    Committee on Health, Health Services


    and Reproductive Health:
     Hon. Angel Tenan

    Committee on Anti-Drug Abuse and


    Social Protection:
     Hon. Christian Jerome Bohol

    Committee on Gender and

     Hon. Jessa Mae Maghanoy

    Committee on Sports Development:

    04 Schedule of Regular SK Sessions The schedule for the regular SK sessions


    was set to be held on the 1st and 4th
