level of awareness in everyday life and strive for inner harmony.
 This activity aims to reinforce the emotional intelligence of the participants.

 Each participant will be instructed to fold the bond paper into 3 and cut it into 1/8 sizes, then in
the papers they will be answering three questions given by the facilitator.
 In the first paper, they will write about the most memorable thing that they did for themselves. In
the second paper, they will write about the most unforgettable thing that they had done for others.
And on the third paper, they will write about the fondest memory they remember that others did
for them. [Note: cite a situation, brief but substantial] They will be given 15 minutes to finish it.
 Only 5 participants will share it in front of the group then when all is finished, the facilitator will
instruct everyone to put their papers in the letter envelope. And then sealed it with a heart-shaped
thumb print using the red stamp pad.
Processing:
This activity shall prove the essence of mindfulness and optimal functioning to meet the demands of
everyday life. The participants shall learn the beauty of compassion, positivity, and maturity. They will
recognize and appreciate the points about finding a balance between helping others and being helped by
others is okay. The processing may become emotional and overwhelming, it may be hard for the
participants to remember the memories, but it will surely help them to view things differently and more
positively. The heart thumb print will symbolize their oath to themselves to begin operating in a state of
love instead of pressure and achievements.
Conclusion:
The pressure to catch up with the race for ostentatious success increases in the world today, wherein the
well-being of individuals receives less attention. The fast tempo of our lives can drown us out and we all
need to stop, take the time to reassess where we should rightfully put ourselves. So, the mainstream of
this activity is to help participants realize the essence of living not just merely existing. From themselves
to others, spreading the need to leave a heart print besides a carbon footprint. This will help every
individual to be aware of their actions, understand the motives behind them, and their impact on others.

Activity Title: Write Right
Objectives:
 To have comfortability between the group members/participants
 To enjoy the company of everyone during the activity
 To learn the essence of group collaboration and cohesion
Materials Needed: Ballpen, Paper, Marker, and Whiteboard
Mechanics:

 The participants will be divided into 2 groups with 5 members each and they will form a line.
 First, the facilitator will instruct that the participants must be positioned facing the back of their
group members in one direction to their right.
 Then, the facilitator will hold a paper with a statement, “When life gives you lemons, make
lemonade”. The group will choose a person who will be the frontman that will first write the
statement word per word in the back of the person in front of them. They can only have a chance
to repeat to write the words two times and they only have 5 seconds to write it down in the back
of their team-mates, so the next person must be quick to pick up the word because as it passed on
to the last person the statement needs to be written on the whiteboard.
 After that, the last person will show it to everyone and the first group to finish with the right
statement will be the winner of the game.
Processing:
This activity will test the ability of the participant’s tactile sense, and they will be able to have fun in the
supportive atmosphere while playing the game. This will test the cohesiveness of the group members and
the good competition arising from the conduct of the activity. They will also ask by the facilitator about
the collective experience based upon the actions of the individual within the group. This will serve as the
cultivating stage for the participants to be comfortable with each other so that in the session it will not be
difficult to open to one another.
Conclusion:
In this activity, it will help the students to improve their communication skills with other people and will
lead to smart handling different kinds of personality. It will also help them to realize the importance of
collaborative effort in a certain activity that will influence their social skills in the real world. More than
the fun, lesson will follow and will establish a good relationship with group members. Thus, it will be less
hustle for the facilitator in observing the collective experience of the individual because the participants
are already comfortable that’ll lead to more chance of effectiveness to be in a group.
