Duty of Disclosure

Under the laws of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, JLT has a duty to remind you of a
policyholder's (and its insurance agent's) duty to make a fair presentation of the risk, and to disclose all
material circumstances, and the consequences of not doing so. It is necessary to disclose all information
