Objectives: The following were the specific objectives of the conduct of the activity:
Exercise the rights, privileges, duties and responsibilities of the pupils.
Enhance social awareness and promote social consciousness among
pupils.
Undertake projects and activities that are beneficial to the pupils.
PRELIMINARIES Kindergarten and Grade 1 classroom was set as the precinct for the election.
Tables and chairs were arranged, tarpapels were hanged and voting paraphernalia
were prepared.
MANAGEMENT AND Teachers made sure that pupils were arranged according to grade level to avoid
MONITORING delay or any inconvenience.
STRATEGIES
LOGISTICAL Nag-uma ES teaching force coordinated with the former SPG officers for the
ARRANGEMENTS successful conduct of the activity.
RESULTS
ISSUES AND There were only few concerns during the counting of votes since there were
CHALLENGES positions where the two candidates got the same score. However, the concerns
were eventually resolved.
NEW PLANNED Gave enough time to the pupils, especially the candidates, in doing their
