    Narrative The meeting started at 8:40am in the Senior High School Faculty
    Report room, which was begun with a greeting and checking of attendance
    by Sir Jay-ar Z. Gutierrez, OIC Assistant Principal II and SHS
    coordinator. This was followed with a recapitulation of the previous
    meeting documenter, Ma’am Kathrina L. Perez, Teacher III.

    Before discussing about the main agenda, Sir Gutierrez gave an


    update on the utilization of the requested P35,000.00 budget for the
    senior high school.

    For the meeting proper, the following were mentioned and


    discussed.

    1. HPTA Agenda
    ⮚ Sir Jay-ar Gutierrez presented and informed the agenda
    to be discussed during the General Parent-Teacher
    Conference in the school gymnasium on May 6, 2023, at
    8:00am. He emphasized the importance of briefing and
    informing the teachers and advisers beforehand on the
    updates and announcements that would be given.

    2. HPTA Committee
    ⮚ PowerPoint presentation will be polished and finalized by
    Sir Senando Faalam, Jr., while the program and
    invitation will be prepared by Sir Kyle Remo based on
    the draft that will be done by Sir Gutierrez himself.
    ⮚ For the awards committee, the list of honors shall be
    secured first from the advisers by Ma’am Audrey J.
    Saflor, Teacher II, for Grade 12 while Ma’am May M.
    Adorna, Teacher II, for Grade 11. The list of honors shall
    be rechecked and will be initialed by the advisers before
    printing the final list to be posted.
    ⮚ On the other hand, the honor cards will be done by the
    advisers; however, it will be collected, checked, and
    arranged alphabetically by the awards committee, Ma’am
    Jihnel Magnaye & Ma’am Anika Marasigan, and Ma’am
    Angelica Ilagan & Ma’am Ma. Bernaliza Bathan.
    ⮚ The physical arrangement of the venue will be managed
    by Sir Robert De Gula, Sir Leonel Libalib and Ma’am
    Criselda Dado. They will be preparing 15 rows of chairs
    for the 15 sections of senior high as well as all the tables
    and signages that will be needed.
    ⮚ Meanwhile, the attendance will be monitored and secured
    by Ma’am Prima De Guzman, Ma’am Sherylenne Lat, Sir
    Roman Ilao, and Ma’am Donna Gift as the registration
    committee. Yet, due to the absence of Ma’am De Guzman
    on the actual date of the 3rd PTC, Ma’am Adorna and
    Ma’am Saflor would also be included in the said
    committee.
    ⮚ Sir Javed Maralit will prepare the stage and sound
    system to be used.
    ⮚ Moreso, for the documentation of the program and for the
    narrative report of the 3rd PTC, Ma’am Charicel
    Magpantay, together with Sir Allison De Ocampo will take
    down notes and will capture the important moments and
    events of the program. Their narrative report will be done
    using the new template, which will be provided by Sir
    Gutierrez.
    ⮚ To facilitate the flow of the program, Ma’am Kathrina
    Perez and Sir Jessie Patawaran are chosen as the
    masters of the ceremony.

    3. Card Giving
    ⮚ Advisers will release the cards in their respective assigned
    classrooms. The narrative report to be prepared by the
    documentation committee will serve as the narrative of all
    advisers.

    4. PTA Presidents Orientation


    ⮚ All SHS PTA presidents will be having their orientation
    with Sir Jay-Ar Gutierrez in the SHS Faculty Room at
    7am before the PTC starts.

    5. Attendance for HPTA


    ⮚ The printed copy of the attendance of each section will be
    provided by Sir Faalam to have one template. This will be
    handed over to the registration committee.

    6. Other Issues
    ⮚ Schedule of Face to Face and Modular Distance Learning

    ⮚ Tardiness of students will be monitored.

    ⮚ No ID No Entry in the school premise

    ⮚ Students and parents should know the importance of


    wearing school uniform.
    ⮚ Cleanliness of the classroom, comfort room, and
    maintenance of the school property
    ⮚ Students should observe the 1st Monday of the Month
    haircut policy.
    ⮚ The strict policy against the tolerance on the use of vape
    and cigarettes.
    ⮚ Discipline- Students should know how to show respect
    towards school personnel starting by a simple greeting
    whenever they enter and leave a classroom.

    7. Other Concerns
    ⮚ DLL
    Uniformed folders for DLL wherein only the current
    week’s DLL should be inserted, and the checked ones will
    be kept in the provided envelope.
    For the teachers who are handling the same subjects, Sir
    Gutierrez will assign who will prepare its DLL, which will
    just be shared with the other teachers to personalize it.
    The reflection part of the plan should be accomplished
    after a week before keeping it in the envelope.

    ⮚ PALM shirts will be used during the PTC.

    ⮚ Encourage students to take NC II Assessment

    ⮚ Ma’am Prima De Guzman will have a separate talk with


    Sir Gutierrez for the NC II Assessment
    ⮚ The tentative date of graduation will be July 12 at the
    Event Center.

    The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 am.
