    Responsibilities:
     Prepare Hoist Rig before mobilization to the site
     Make arrangement for all Hoist Rig equipment before mobilization to the site
     Make arrangement for all equipment need for MPI/TPI, Load Test & Calibration for gauges…and
    follow the service company to renew them before mobilization to the site
     Supervise loading/offloading of the Rig Hoist equipment during mobilization to the site
     Conduct toolbox talk before start each operation on site
     Implementing permit to work system at wellsite.
     Supervise day-to-day activities of the Hoist Rig crew
     Ensure operations are conductedin accordance with safetyand environmental standards
     Supervise the replace of the ESP Downhole during well maintenance
     Supervise the milling behindcasing, casing cuttingand fishing operation for casing by spear
