    Dear Honourable Parents

    RE: END OF TERM NEWSLETTER

    We have come to the end of our first term and we thank God for the grace that carried
    us through. We thank you all for working with us and for all the support. Please note
    the following.
    1. STUDENTS CONFERENCE
    We shall have our students conference on the 22nd of March 2024. We take this
    opportunity to shape our student’s behaviour through the word of God and prayer.
    2. FEES
    The fees for next term is $620. You are all encouraged to bring part of the fees on the
    closing day and clear the balance on the opening day so that we work on a few
    developments during the holiday. We will not admit any student without full fees and
    groceries.
    3. FIRST TERM PASS RATE
    The Form 4 tests were extracted from Zimsec Past exam Papers. The pass rate for this
    term is as follows:
    Form 4: 87%
    Form 3: 95%
    Form 2: 96%
    Form 1: 98%
    In an endeavor to tighten up and improve the pass rate, we shall be offering lessons
    to all students online as well as provide a HOLIDAY HANDBOOK. The Teachers will
    be attending to the students on selected days. You are all requested to buy the
    handbook which will be available at $20 on the closing day. The charge caters for the
    Teachers Data and the Handbook printing costs.
    4. VACATION
    In addition to the Handbook, Form 3s and 4s will come back for Vacation which begins
    on the 8th of April and ends on the 26th of April. The vacation is free of charge. We
    will take the vacation period also to push driving lessons.
    5. DEVELOPMENTS FOR SECOND TERM
    We had a few challenges during the first term. We had a lot of construction which left
    the school financially bleeding but we thank God for the new boys’ dormitories and
    the new classroom block. We are looking forward to work towards the betterment of
    your school and we will be working on the following developments during the second
    term.
    • More furniture
    • Tiling of classes
    • Final Touches to the boys’ dormitories
    • More textbooks
    • New Science Lab
    • Music Lab
    • Additional boys’ dormitory
    6. SPORTS
    We managed to push sporting activities this term. We had our students winning Chess
    and Darts competitions up to the Provincial level. The Provincial Darts Tournament
    will be held in May. Our athletes also did better as compared to the previous year. We
    are looking forward to outstanding performance in all ball games next term.
    7. CLOSING DATES
    We shall close the school on Sunday the 24th of March 2024. Students will be collecting
    from our Jnr school from 8: am. All Teachers will be ready for Consultation. WE WILL
    NOT ALLOW ANY STUDENT TO BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE CLOSING
    DATE. We hope you will co-operate with this rule.
    8. OPENING DATES
    Our students are expected to check in on Sunday the 5th of May 2024. All Students
    will be admitted into the dormitories with a full fees receipt.
