ADJUST THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE

MASTER NEEDLE (I) BY MOVING THE HOOK BASE PLATE UP OR
DOWN, TO WITHIN –0.1 TO +0.05 MM AT THE LEFT
AND RIGHT NEEDLE POSITIONS.

(REFER TO PAGE 1).

SP FL CL DD LOWERED, THE DISPLAY (A) SHOWS “UP” OR
“DOWN” RESPECTIVELY. IF NOT, LOOSEN THE
OFF UP OFF UP SETSCREW (B) AND ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE
SWITCH SET PLATE (C).

4 TURN OFF THE POWER SWITCH.
SETSCREW (B) 5 ATTACH THE TOP COVER PLATE AND FACE PLATE.
