Most gym owners operate by what we call ”Hope Marketing”.
They operate their fitness facility using a growth strategy that starts with a prayer on their knees, a
deep sigh as they unlock the doors and a singular hope that by some feat of God a new member
walks through the door to hand them money.
This perpetuates a mindset that breeds desperation, leading the decision making process to nothing
but trying one bad tactic to the next... which creates wildly unpredictability in generating
highly-qualified leads, walk-ins and appointments.
To compensate for sluggish membership growth, hope marketing continues to rear its ugly head as

The most successful health and fitness clubs have no problem charging a premium (keeping profit

3). No reliable way to convert walk-ins & appointments into members:
Most gyms and studios change their approach every time they interact with a potential new member.
