In exercise of Power delegated Vide E.O.O(CS) Ms.No.183/2023,

Dtd.25.11.2023, sanction is hereby accorded for the O&M estimate for 1 No 3MT
VAN on hired basis at Rampachodavaram Operation Sub Division of Operation
Division of Rampachodavaram of Operation Circle Rajamahendravaram for an
amount of Rs. 4,68,450/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Four
Hundred Fifty only with Excluding GST @5%, inclusive of all maintenance charges,
Insurance, Tyres, Other M.V. Taxes, Spare parts, Engine Oil & Driver Salary) for Period
July-2024 to March-2025.

The sanction accorded is registered as R.T.No. 63 /2023-2024. The

expenditure is chargeable to A/c No 76-139.

The sanction accorded in Para (1) above should not be taken as authority for
incurring expenditure on employment of staff etc., without proper sanction by the
competent authority. The provision in APED manual and other codes ordered and
instructions issued from time to time should be strictly followed before incurring
expenditure against the sanction ordered. The sanctioned estimate provision shall be
operated against specific budget provision and necessary cash grants.

NOTE: (1) The Superintending Engineer / Operation s are requested to adopt the
hire charges within the limit of approved rates communicated Vide Memo No Memo
No. CGM/P&MM/EPDCL/VSP/GM (M)/DE (P1)/ADE (P2)/D.No. I/437824/22,
Dt.01.11.2022 and economy shall be observed in hiring the vehicles.
(2) All the Officers should ensure that they utilize the vehicles as per the
sanction only.
(3) No additional KM is permitted without prior sanction for the hired
vehicles.
