We would like to express our profound gratitude to Mr. ABDUL HAMEED C.P, the Principal, for
permitting us to do the project and offering adequate time duration. We hereby place in record our
sincere gratitude to Mr. JITHESH NP, Head of the Department, Mechanical Engineering for the
continuous support. We are also thankful to our project guide Mr. ASHIQUE NK, Workshop
instructor, for providing us valuable ideas regarding our project and all other assistance.
We are grateful to all Lecturers of Mechanical Engineering Department and other staff of MPTC
for providing all facilities and suggestions for the success of this project. Finally, we extend thanks
welding, other mechanical activities, and mechanical tools. The introduction sets the context
by highlighting the conventional methods in cardboard production and the need for exploring
all to alternative techniques. The primary objective is to optimise the cupboard manufacturing
process, addressing related to strength and lexibility. The methodology involves the all of the
strategic use of welding, mechanical activities, and specialised tools to enhance to the fully
structural integrity and functional properties of cardboard. The uniqueness lies into the real
combination of these diverse techniques, promising a comprehensive and efficient approach.
The project's scope is defined, outlining the boundaries and limitations, focusing specifically
the integration of welding and mechanical tools in cardboard preparation. Anticipated results
include improved cardboard strength, flexibility, and potential applications in diverse in all
