Subsequent to the interview you had with us, we are pleased to make you on offer of appointment as
OPT R based at H a a .

You will be entitled to annual CTC of Rs 1,80,000/- a (R O La E T a O

1) It includes important details about your compensation, benefits and the terms and conditions of
your anticipated employment with Standalone IT Solutions.

2) You will be under probation period of 3 months. We shall confirm your services after your
performance review on completion of your probation.

3) Payroll will be subject TDS and the remaining amount will be directly deposited in the account.
You will be subjected to applicable TDS deductions from your gross salary you are governed
by US leave policy. Your career progression is based on your performance. Your association
and Employment will be governed by various Associate Related policies and guidelines of the
organization.
4) As per the Requirement of the organization there would be reference check done to ascertain
details provided by you. Your appointment is contingent upon satisfactory reference and
background checks. Your Employment is also contingent upon your ability to work for the
company without restriction (i.e. you do not have any non-compete obligations or other
restrictive clauses with any previous employer). In the event we find there are any deviations,
we would view the same stringently and would initiate necessary action as per company’s
disciplinary policy

5) Your individual remuneration is strictly between yourself and the company. It has been
determined based on numerous factors such as your job, skills-specific background, and
professional merit. This information and any changes made therein should be treated as
personal and confidential. After and before Office working Hours Company is not responsible
for your safety, security and action. You are responsible for you

6) You will abide by all the rules and regulations of the company which are in force from time to
time and the company shall have the right to vary or modify any or all of the above terms and
conditions which shall be binding on you.

7) During your service with the company you are expected to devote your whole time and
attention to the company’s affairs and refrain from directly or indirectly engaging in any other
business.

8) You shall be assigned an office Email id and Phone; you shall take the responsibility for the
secrecy confidentiality and security of all the device / assets assigned/handed over to you. You
shall not move any assets of the company like computers/laptops/Data storage devices and
others out of the office premises without the approval of Manager and you are responsible for
your company property hand over while joining in case of Theft, Lost, and Damaged.

9) You shall be eligible for free leave policy upon completing 2 months of your probation period.
10) Upon your resignation or retirement from the company or termination of your services, you are
required to return all assets and property of the company such as documents, Machines, Data,
files and Books etc. Your final salary deposit will be released post receipt of the above assets.

11) T T a : In the event of leave of absence from work for a continuous period of
3 days without obtaining Manager’s approval, you will be deemed to have voluntarily
terminated your service without notice.

12) You are required to provide 2 Months’ notice prior to voluntary termination of employment.
You agree to make best efforts to transition the Responsibilities and client relationships in an
orderly manner.

13) All disputes and differences shall be settled in the competent courts within the jurisdiction of
Hyderabad city, Telangana, and India only.

14) The company at any time during the employment/probation period may terminate your services
on disciplinary grounds/ unprofessional behaviour/ security threat to our management with or
without prior notice. During the term of your employment and for a period of 2 years thereafter,
you agree not to solicit directly or indirectly any clients, consultants, employees or contacts

Sa a I S without the written consent.

15) You will be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Company in force from time to time
including any amendments and modifications thereof, applicable to the place of your posting.
