IBAT College Dublin is delighted to confirm that you have been accepted onto our General English -
Afternoon course. The fee you have paid includes medical insurance for the duration of the course, as well
as the end of course TIE examination. Please note that the TIE examination is a compulsory exam which
must be completed at the end of your English language programme.

Duration: 25 weeks
Type: Full time (15 hours per week)
ILEP: This course is included on the Irish Interim List of Eligible Programmes
(ILEP) in accordance with the Irish Government's student immigration
policy, ref 0082/0042–0047.

As a consequence of CoVID19 all classes are online until further notice. Timetables will be as per the
normal on-campus schedules (Morning class from 9am to 12:15 with a break at 10:45am & Afternoon class
from 1:30pm to 16:45pm with a break at 15:00pm). You are required to complete our online placement
test at least 10 days before the course start date. Failure to complete the test will result in your start date
being moved to our next available start date. Further details regarding the speaking test and induction will
be sent to you via email.

English Language programmes are delivered at two campus locations in Dublin. Please note that campus
placement is determined by your entrance test, and campus placement is subject to availability at the time
of arrival at the college. All students should be aware that they can be placed in either campus building.

Please note: Once you have completed your entrance test on the first day of your programme, you may
request for your registration details to be sent to GNIB/INIS. This will be explained at induction.
