Import Requirements For new or used aircraft the import documentation to be sent to Argentina must
include:

(a) An EASA export Certificate of Airworthiness (C. of A.) signed by

the EASA or a designated representative, or

(b) Certificate of Airworthiness for export signed by the Airworthiness

Authority of the country with which Argentina has a Bilateral
Airworthiness Agreement.

In the case of (a) or (b) the C. of A. must contain the following statement:

“The aircraft covered by this certificate has been inspected, tested and
found to be in conformity with the Argentine Approved Type Design
as defined by the Argentine Type Certificate Data Sheet N° VLA-
1504 and is in a condition for safe operation”.

(c) For countries other than design countries, an Export Certificate of

Airworthiness or similar document signed by the Airworthiness
Authority of the Exporting country which must contain the following
statement:

“The aircraft covered by this certificate has been inspected, tested and
found to be in conformity with the Approved Type Design and is in a
condition for safe operation”.

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) originally type certified this
aircraft under its type certificate number A.583.

Equipment The basic required equipment as prescribed in the applicable airworthiness

regulations (see Certification Basis) must be installed in the airplane for
certification.

In addition to the above required equipment, the following equipment are also
required:

Equipment list, AFM doc No. 2008/100, Section 6.

Service Information Service Bulletins, Structural Repair Manuals, Seller’s Manuals, Flight Manuals,
Overhaul and Maintenance Manuals containing a statement stating that the above
documents are EASA-approved, are accepted and approved by ANAC (these
approvals are part of the design data).
