be used while jacking the transformer.

before winching.
1.23 Check for matching of center lines of plinth + 10 mm
and transformer after placing on plinth.
1.24 Ensure locking of Rollers
1.25 Cooling bank assembly ( in case of separate cooling bank)
1.26 Check the cooler foundation as per
drawing.
1.27 Check level of cooling bank foundation + 10 mm
with respect to transformer plinth.

installation of heat exchanger.
8.9 Check condition of all connecting hose pipe

9.0 Conservator
9.1 Ensure the proper assembly of mounting
brackets (suitability to fix breather pipes)
9.2 Ensure there are no folding in air cell To be

9.3 Before assembling. 0.05 kg/cm2 Incase of
a) Conduct a pressure test on air cell. Kg/cm2 pressure drop
b) For mounting bolts of conservator contact factory
flanges & connecting pipe flanges -

9.4 Ensure O-ring is provided in the air release

9.5 Ensure all the valves are assembled As per drawing
