    Disciplinary Analyst Test

    This writing test consists of three sections

    Section 1: Written Task

    Your Manager has just informed you that your team will begin working in a hybrid model starting June 1. The Manager
    has asked you to prepare an email providing two recommendations/best practices to maintain the same levels of quality
    and productivity in a hybrid setting.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Our organization is going to adopt the hybrid model of work culture starting from June 1.As it's a totally new setting for
    the employees. I have some recommendations that can be fruitful for our team.
    1. Team should design a better workspace with good furniture, proper IT setup and a reliable internet speed so
    that productivity does not get hampered.
    2. Our team must be punctual and try to start the day at the same time without procrastination.

    Section 2: Short essay

    Do you think that working from home has made it easier or harder to do your job? Please elaborate.
    I was hired during the pandemic time, so WFH has taught me many things and on a personal level It has been easier for
    me to work from home. I have many reasons to justify my opinion about supporting this model. Working from home
    made me spend more time with my family and allowed me to take care of my elder parents. It gave me the opportunity
    to also explore other domains as a freelancer, as I have also worked as a part time coding tutor in Toppr Codr in the early
    days of COVID-19 period for a timeline of 3 months. I have also got the opportunity to prepare and study and follow my
    hobbies on a routine basis. I could only do it because of the time that got saved in the commute to the office. All being
    said, I worked in the previous company on a rotational shift so working from home was a boon for me during the night
    shift. Working from home helped me to push my limits and achieve the highest degree of quality in my work as I used to
    get time to audit my defects during the spare time or on week offs. So I could proudly say that working from home was
    easier for me to adapt and thrive competitively.

    In one to two paragraphs, please describe your career trajectory, both in terms of what has brought you to your current
    position and what you hope to realize in the future. Tell us about your work experience and what influenced your
    decision to apply for this position.

    When I look back into the path of my life’s journey that helped me to become who I’m today, I feel proud of progressing
    towards my career trajectory and achieving the career goals. After finishing the MBA I wanted to be placed in an
    operational team and for that I appeared in an off campus drive and got placed in amazon as a risk investigator under
    the Operations team. It has been almost two years since then, and slowly and steadily I’m doing my best to climb up the
    level of designation in this field.I want to see myself climbing up the corporate ladder and get into a reputed position So
    that I am eligible and skillful enough to take up decisions on a larger scale. My experience involves resolving payment
    queries and eliminating fraud, anti- money laundering issues while being highly productive with minimal defects. My
    decision to join Deloitte is based on the fact that there are lots of perks and facilities for its corporate employees and
    two such facilities that I liked most are Career Opportunities and Awards and Recognition.
