To implement and follow up an Qualitative Education in our Institution, behind of IQAC Team I thanks very much to management for IQAC
establishment.

IQAC has different strategies and Functions of

 Quality Benchmarks setting in Academics and follow up


 Parameter setting for Academic & Administration for new goals
 Learn Centric environment
 Faculty development aspects
 Analysis of feedback from various stake holders and action take follow up
 Inter-Intra Workshops conduction for Quality improve and Documentation
 Acting nodal Agency of Institution for coordinating quality related activities
 Institutional database maintenance for effective sharing and Quality enhancement
 Periodic conduction of Academic & Administration audits
 preparation of AQAR (Annual Quality Audit Report) as per NAAC guidelines and submission at every year.

IQAC has major aspects in our institute areas of Academics and Curriculum, Administration, CoE, R&D, Projects must be in effective
implementation.

EGSPEC IQAC Works Plan & Implementation
1. Quality Teaching & learning process- Ensuring Course and Domain level Teaching and Learning in Class rooms, Laboratories &
Activities etc.

2. Documentation Process – Single File Maintenance compromising of NBA, NAAC & ISO requirements & Online Documents and Data
base Management in Institutional and Department level with Centralized Access.

3. Academic Audits -4 Internals (2 per Post every semester) & 1 External (1 per Post Even semester) per Year in Collaboration with
Academic office with Action taken for all Institutional committees, Offices and all UG&PG Departments files.

4. Students Development Programs and Activities –Ensuring students skill based training process and students must be complete 1
Event participation per semester.

5. Faculty Development Activities -Planning via Margha Dharshan scheme, All Faculty members have to be participate 1 event per
Year).

6. IQAC Sponsored Programs – OBE , Audit report action taken related program arrangements, Minimum 4 (or) 5 per Year.

7. AQAR Fill up and submission in Online- Every Year with Evidence in Online submission within 31st December of Year.
