ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine the underlying reasons leading to late sleeping
habits and how it affects the academic study of education students of LSPU-
LSC. This research study used the quantitative research method and
descriptive-correlational design was applied in this study. The study found that
there are so many reasons why late sleeping habits occurs. The study also
revealed that the over used of social media can also affect the sleeping
tool, this study determined that there no significant differences between the

The students became more often using electronic devices rather than
