The co-branded Centennial Era, primary logo is the main visual identification for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway through the 2009-2011 time period. The Centennial Era celebrates the hundred-year anniversaries of the founding of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway facility in 1909 and the first Indianapolis 500 Mile Race in 1911.
The Road to Indy refers to a development series ladder system culminating with a career in the IZOD IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. The Cooper Tires presents USF2000 National Championship powered by Mazda provides a professional, entry-level open wheel training ground championship serving as the first step on the ladder to an IZOD IndyCar Series career. The Star Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear is an open-wheel development series serving as the second step on the ladder to an IZOD IndyCar Series career. The Firestone Indy Lights goal of preparing young drivers for the demands of driving a modern day IZOD IndyCar Series car provides the last step on the ladder to an IZOD IndyCar Series career.

The STAR Mazda Championship presented by Goodyear emblem is required in a minimum of one prominent location on all pit carts and engineering stands. The emblem is also required on all other team assets, including website, letterhead, media guides, autograph cards, press releases, etc.

The current Firestone Indy Lights emblem (with presenting sponsor emblem, if applicable), in a minimum dimension of 3.132 inches wide by 2.50 inches high in a prominent area on the top upper half of the chest (the middle is acceptable provided the emblem is an overlay); (see illustration 3.1) The emblem(s) of any Firestone Indy Lights sponsor(s). This includes without limitation the tire Manufacturer with one emblem on each epaulet of the uniform set along the seams from the shoulder to the neck (see illustration 3.1). The current Mazda Road to Indy emblem (with presenting sponsor emblem, if applicable) in a minimum dimension of 3.5 inches wide by 2.359 inches high in a prominent area on the opposite side of the Firestone Indy Lights logo. The current Sunoco sponsor logo on one (1) shoulder to be eligible for the pole award.

The current Firestone Indy Lights emblem(s) (with presenting sponsor, if applicable) as follows (see illustration 3.2): 1. Series emblem a total of three emblems as follows: One emblem in a minimum dimension of 2.75 inches by 2.38 inches facing forward on top of the camera mount disc; and Two emblems each in a minimum dimension of 1.25 inches by 1.1 inches on the sides of the camera mount disc. 2. Series website emblem one emblem in a minimum dimension of 3.25 inches by .45 inches on the back of the camera mount disc. The emblem(s) of any Firestone Indy Lights sponsor(s) required by INDYCAR including but not limited to: 1. Tire Manufacturer A minimum of four emblems, each with dimensions of at least 2 inches by 14 inches: Two of the emblems shall be displayed on the leading upper edges of the left and right sidepods of the Car (see illustration 3.3); The other two emblems shall be displayed just forward of both the left and right rear wheels on a vertical surface of the Car perpendicular to the racing surface (see illustration 3.4). Firestone logos must be either white, black or red (PMS 485) and contrasting to the cars paint scheme. 2. Award sponsors unless otherwise provided, each emblem must appear just forward of both the left and right rear wheels on a vertical surface of the Car perpendicular to the racing surface in a minimum dimension as specified. Unless otherwise approved, the required area must be free of all other decals, trim and decorations.

This includes but not limited to: (see illustration 4.1) 1. Tire Manufacturer one emblem on each epaulet of the uniform set along the seams from the shoulder to the neck, 2. Engine Manufacturer a minimum of three emblems: One emblem displayed in a prominent area on the top upper right half of the chest in a minimum width of 4.5 inches The H emblem shall be displayed on the left sleeve and uniform back yoke in a minimum width of 2 inches.
The Honda trademark is not applicable to Driver and crew uniforms, but is needed for Driver and crew helmets.

3. Fuel Supplier uniforms must display the four color version of the Sunoco emblem on either sleeve of the driver and over-the-wall crew member firesuits in a minimum width of 4 inches. (Required for Leaders Circle, optional for non-Leaders Circle) 4. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Centennial Era logo should be 3.25 inches wide by 1.844 inches tall on the top shoulder of one sleeve of the Drivers firesuit. (Optional) The current stacked IZOD IndyCar Series emblem (with presenting sponsor emblem, if applicable) on Driver Nomex undershirts in a minimum dimension of 3.75 inches wide by 1.928 inches high on the uppermost left chest only (see illustration 4.2).

The current IZOD IndyCar Series emblem(s) (with presenting sponsor, if applicable) as follows: 1. One stacked dimensional emblem in a minimum dimension of 12.25 inches wide by 6.3 inches high on the left and right sides of the Car on the upper most leading edge of the engine cover. If the emblem is applied by paint, it does not have to appear dimensional (see illustration 4.5). 2. One emblem in a minimum dimension of 7 inches wide by 2.36 inches high on the nose of the Car below the Car number (does not have to be directly below car number) (see illustration 4.3). 3. One emblem in a minimum dimension of 4 inches wide by 1.349 inches high toward the leading edge of the upper sidepod (by the rear view mirror base) for in-car camera viewing on either the left or right side of the car (see illustration 4.5).

Engine Manufacturer One wordmark emblem in a minimum dimension of 20 inches wide by 2.421 inches high on the left and right sides of the Car diagonally down 2.421 inches from the IZOD IndyCar Series emblem by 2.4 inches on the Engine cover (see illustration 4.5). The third emblem shall be a minimum width of 6 inches displayed on the nose in an INDYCAR-approved location (see illustration 4.5).
