This Deed of Absolute Sale is made and executed by:

together with all the improvements found therein, as evidenced by Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 366113 situated in
Province of Tarlac , Philippines, and more particularly
described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of Land (Lot 3874-C of the subdivision plan Pad-


03-122981 being a portion of lot -3874, Camiling Cadastre L.R.C.
Rec. No. ), situated in the Barrio of Pob. E, Municipality of
Camiling, Province of Tarlac. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2
by lot 3874-B of the subdivision plan, along line 2-3 by Calle Luna;
on the NW,. along line 3-4 by lot 3873, Camiling Cadastre and
along line 4-1 by lot 3874-D of the subdivisin plan. Beginning at a
point marked “1” on plan being S. 40 deg. 05’E., 242.90 m. from
BBM No. 27, Camiling Cadastre. Thence S. 02 deg. 03’W., 8.35 m.
to point 2; thence S. 85 deg. 37’W., 11.50 m. to point3; thence N.
01 deg. 23’E., 8.20 m. to is registered in accordance with the
provisions of the Property Registration Decree in the name of
AURELIO PASCUAL married to Rosita Julian, of legal age, Filipino
and a resident of Poblacion E, Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines.

That for and in consideration of the sum of
